Absolutely love these
Honestly surprised these don’t have super high ratings. I LOVE them. They’re pricier than ramen, sure, but I don’t feel gross after eating them and feel like they fill me up more. I love to toss in some chicken, tofu or shrimp, chopped peanuts, egg and veggies. They are the right level of spice for me. I’m not a super-spice level kind of girl so these are just enough for a bit of a sinus clearing spice.

What happened??!?? Disaster, I guess ...
When I went to re-order these, I had to search for them, which was strange. I noticed it was 4 packs instead of 5, and it said they were re-formulated. Well, they're not good now. The noodle texture isn't as nice, and the sauce tastes cheap and boring. Not tingly at all. I won't be buying these again.

These were just "OK". From the reviews I was expecting so much more. They were good, but I have had better. The best part was the noodles themselves, they were chewy, yummy and fun to eat. The sauce packet and seasoning was lacking. Kind of tasteless. Not TOO sweet but a bit bitter that I didn't care for. I still finished them all but won't be rebuying this flavor. But I do plan on trying the other three flavors.

Totally Worth the Money
It was so fast and easy to prepare. The noodles are hearty & the packet is a sauce, not a powder. I added chicken covered in a mixure that included Momofuku chili crunch, garlic, soy sauce, red wine vinegar & a splash of the packet sauce. I saute'ed red bell peppers & onions. Then topped it with green onion & sesame seeds. I fed a family of 4 and had left overs. It took about 30 mins to cook everything. The taste was restaurant quality. Can't wait to try the other flavors. This is definitely my new quick meal go to!

Not disgusting or anything, just not that good..
The noodles are decent. I like them. I just don't care for the sauce and flavor. It says "tingly" and I'm getting none of that. It's got a slight "sichuan" spice flavor, but then is sweet. I would most likely not buy these again, however, the only reason I'd consider it is that I like the noodles, but with another brand ramen sauce on top. Also, too expensive, so I probably won't ever buy them again.

Super Spicy & Stale Tasting
Maybe I got a bad batch, but every pack of these noodles in all 3 flavors I purchased have a stale taste to them. Or maybe it’s the way they’re made. The Tingly Chili flavor is really spicy. I have a fairly high spice tolerance and these are way too hot for me. I love BW3 Hot Buffalo Sauce and everything sriracha but these are next level spicy. But even with all the spice I could still taste that stale flavor though. I also tried mixing like 1/4 of the seasoning packet with some beef bullion flavor to salvage them and I still hate them. Such a bummer because they’re so expensive.

Decent Spicy Noodles
I bought these marked down and had very low hopes after I saw reviews. They're decent. I love the heat level. They are definitely for people who like spicy food. Little mouth tingling and nose cleared out (But not running so not that hot). I hate black Licorice and I dont get that flavor from this. I will say there was odd smell maybe coffee esq to me (I dont drink coffee). This made me think it was going to taste disgusting but I was pleasantly suprised. The noodles themselves are great I like the slip they have to them. Would I buy again probably because its best heat I've had so far. For reference I really dont like the old school red and orange ramen. I find I dont feel great after eating those and theyre wayy too salty. If you like heat probably worth trying.

Didn’t realize it had star anise in there 🤮 it taste very strong. If you don’t licorice type tastes stay clear . It would have been good without that not sure why they added it 🥴🥴🥴

Delicious, quick meal!
I really enjoyed these new and improved tingly noodles! The noodles seem wider and thus has a better bite to it. The sauce packet is also larger so you have more flexibility on how to sauce the dish. I thought the flavor was great. My one critique is that it's barely tingly and I wish it had more of a numbing/Sichuan pepper spice.

Momofuku Noodles are great when you need your noodle fix and the Tingly Chili Noodles hit the spot. They're just the right amount of spicy and I usually add some green onions to give the Noodles more flavor! These are also very quick to make and I am glad this is part of the Momofuku product line!

Thicker and saucier, as advertised!
The noodles were thicker and chewier than the old version, an improvement on the texture. It also seems to make them less fragile so there weren't any broken noodles in any of the packages I've used so far. The sauce was also thicker and appeared to have chili oil, which I love.

These noodles are delicious! Between the thicker texture, and the extra sauce, the upgrade is definitely well worth it. I personally love spicy foods, and these were definitely "tingly"! Highly recommend!

The Noodle You Didn't Know You Needed!
These are fantastic. The savory flavor and slight 5 Spice notes would be a great base for a variety of additions. Tongue-numbing spice, but in a good way! I don't consider them "spicy," but I can really handle the heat! Noodles are pleasantly chewy and satisfying, and there's more sauce, which is helpful if you do want to add things in. These were always my favorite of the "OG" flavors, and I'm glad for their upgrade! Recommended!
