I absolutely love David cinnamon roll flavor food bars. They are great for breakfast or a sweet treat and of course being packed with protein and low calorie content makes it even better if you are looking to eat healthy without sacrificing taste.

Perfect to snack on to cover my sweet cravings. Soft with a little crunch mixed in that gives you something to chew on when you don’t want a shake ( better than a shake) to get your protein in for the day! I always take some with me when I traveling for a day or a week. 🩵
