Spindrift Ginger Lime Mule Sparkling Water - 8pk/12 fl oz

Spindrift truly outdid themselves with this flavor. I often long for the flavors I used to enjoy with sugary pops. The bite of ginger is balanced perfectly with a hint of lime. Definitely a keeper in my book!

If you like ginger and you like mules, you should love this. Our new favorite Spindrift flavor!

Favorite flavor so far due to the strong ginger and lime. Defintely one of the most flavorful options.

This is my new favorite spindrift. I recently stopped drinking alcohol and this Ginger Lime Mule is my new post-work treat. It satisfies that cocktail-cravings for me. It is reminiscent of a Moscow Mule but drier (no sweetness). The ginger is well balanced with the lime. I prefer it in a glass over ice to mimic a cocktail.

It’s way closer to a mocktail than a traditional lightly flavored sparkling water. Good, but not what I expected

The ginger is so strong it makes you sneeze! My partner and I both started coughing and sneezing when taking our first sips. Very strange thing to happen from these drinks!

While I don’t love carbonation, I also like a little flavor — without artificial sweetener, so I keep a rotation of ~10 Spindrift flavors on hand always to take the place of plain water for hydration. I find the carbonation in Spindrifts is not that strong, so it doesn’t bother me that much. I bought the Ginger Lime Mule flavor along with the Fuji Apple and Yuzu Mandarin as new flavors to add to my rotation. The Ginger Lime Mule was pretty good, but the ginger definitely has a spicy bite to it, which to me offsets the lack of bite from the soft carbonation, so I did find I had to take smaller sips of the Ginger Lime Mule than other Spindrift flavors. I did not rebuy the Ginger Lime Mule when it was time to restock, so I guess that says a lot. I’ve had alcoholic versions of Moscow mules that I like but they must have had some sweetener in them. I think the presence of ginger is an exception to my no sweetness rule and that I would prefer a little non-artificial sweetness to offset the spicy bite from the ginger.

So confused by the reviews. Some people love the taste and some people hate it. Afraid to waste the money if it really is terrible.

Tastes just like a Moscow Mule made with tea ginger beer. It’s ginger forward with a hint of lime, just like a Moscow Mule. Spot on, Spindrift! Bravo!

Tastes like how I imagine a swig of Pinesol must taste. I love a variety of Spindrift flavors, but this one was disgusting.

Favorite new Spindrift flavor!! It’s the perfect amount of ginger spice and super flavorful!

Too much ginger flavor or extract…I tried it because I try all spindrift flavors and this one reminded me of cleaning solution the ginger was so strong. If you like chewing the pickled ginger you get with sushi this is perfect for you.

Something about this, just doesn’t taste balanced. First time I tried it, I could put my finger on it. I’ve had and enjoy mules, but this wasn’t great. The second can I tried, I couldn’t finish. It tastes like weed/thc which would be great if that’s what I was going for lol. Not for me tho.

I’m convinced that anyone who doesn’t like this flavor has never had a mule. Or maybe they have and mules aren’t their thing, which is valid, but mule is literally in the name so that’s absolutely what you should be expecting. Not lime with a hint of ginger - ginger with a hint of lime. I was a little skeptical at first but shocked at how much I loved it. Mules are my drink of choice and I wish I would have had this as an option when I was pregnant and couldn’t drink.

Everything‘s up to personal preference but I’m not a fan of this one. I love ginger so this seemed like it was definitely worth a try but I haven’t touched them since I drank the first one and I didn’t even finish it. Leaves a kind of gross medicinal aftertaste.
