As you get older you find new areas that sweat when you exercise and it can be embarrassing but not any more. I like it for inner thighs and/or other areas that chafe or get sweaty, but not for underarms. It has a great, lasting scent and isn't over powering, and it's gives a smooth, powdery feel! My one nitpick is that the spray is very strong and is hard to control, so I docked a star.
