Very nice heated throw. Warm and cozy with a nice color. I use it on regular basis with all the cold days. It’s so much better than a simple throw. The heating settings works really well.

I even have the am extension cord outside on my porch to plug it in and wrap my blanket around me on cold mornings while drinking coffee on the porch. It's so cozy and soft.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This blanket feels soft to the touch. It really does a nice job warming on different settings. So far, it seems that all settings are an auto-off, so you have to watch that. That can be good also if you fall asleep. The 2 lowest settings seem to pretty close to each other. The others seem further apart. I have the 50" version. If you're tall, I would suggest the size up.

The warmth makes you feel so cozy! I like how there are three heat different settings so you can choose the one that you like best. I also like how it has an about shut off just in case you fall asleep with it on! Cute color too, perfect for fall.

The blanket is easy to use and quick to warm, with multiple heat settings. I use it while working at home at a desk to warm my legs or while on my couch while watching or binge-ing on videos.

Super soft, my favorite heated blanket so far
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We use our heated blankets in the fall/winter while watching tv. Previously we had a queen size sunbeam and shared it, but the cords got annoying trying to get in on the side closest to the cords. This year we decided we would both get throw sizes and each have our own. We like this so much better because you just slip under the none corded side. The throw size is nice, whole blanket seems to get warm. I love the material on this one way better then the fleece ones, feels thicker and much softer. It’s true to color we got the wine color. Easy to use, literally plug in and turn on. We never use the full strength of the blanket so it’s super warm.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got this for my wife. She tends to stay a good bit colder than me in the winter time or on cooler days. I hate turning on the central heat if I don't absolutely have to. This unit by Sunbeam is just perfect size. Having four temperature setting make it perfect for use even on those colder days. The ability to throw it into the washer is very convenient. Especially since our small dog enjoys laying on it often. She even likes to spread on on it when it's not even on. The feel is super soft and inviting. Most of all my wife really enjoys the warmth. I enjoy the power bill.

It gets very cozy and warm pretty quickly on preheat setting, especially if you fold the blanket down (over itself) first. The one drawback is the controls. Even if it's just you, you still have to set each side separately. To make matters worse there are 20 heat levels which you must step through one by one. Twice. I will say one thing in the controls favor, it's that they seem well constructed (if large) and they don't heat up like a lot of others I see on other blankets with melted controls, so they just feel safer, if somewhat clutzy. So I love this warm, soft, blanket, and I'm very happy with it every day that I use it. The controls are a pain, but you eventually get used to it. I would love to find this with a single wireless controller to operate both sides in tandem or individually (switchable). Oh, and 3 to 5 heat levels is plenty. I would even be okay with 10 if you insist, but that's the practical limit from a customer's standpoint.

Cord is kind of short though, which is pretty inconvenient. All in all, it's not a bad product, per se, but not so sure I would spend a lot on it.

The heating function gets very hot, which I love, and it has an automatic shut off feature. This is a really great electric blanket. It is very easy to get cozy on the couch with this. I look forward to reading many books under this blanket.

The color is so rich and looks and feels luxurious. The controls are simple to use. And the BEST part? IT'S MACHINE WASHABLE! The controls can be unplugged and this beautiful blanket can be washed! It heats up quickly so I can be toasty warm quickly. It's quite large too. SO COMFY COZY!

Not your grandma's electric blanket
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have never bought an electric blanket because the ones I remember as a kid were clunky with thick wires running through them and the fabric was rough and scratchy. This blanket is nothing like that at all. It is one of the softest blanket I have ever felt and the wires are so thin and light that you don't know they are there. This blanket is very comfortable and heats up quickly and evenly. You can also detach the cord to wash the blanket without damaging the internals which I think is amazing. I have not needed to wash mine yet though. Also this blanket is for one person but my wife and I were able to sit next to each other and the blanket was big enough for both of us. Very happy with it.

It says it's Sunbeam's softest -- it does crinkle and fold like a heated blanket of course but it's plush to the touch. The auto-off function is really handy especially if you're prone to falling asleep with it. This has a removable cord and control so you can machine wash it; that is a problem I've had with other heated blankets, where I've had dogs enjoy them with me, but I eventually had to throw them out because they'd collect dog hair. This also has more heat settings than other blankets I've had (4) and gets very hot.
