Bad meat
I purchased this from online pickup When I got home I realized it had been reduced to 7.00 and was expiring that day!!!!! No help from customer support at all! Refused a refund and gave me the run around. I believe it was hard to communicate the problem as well. So thanks Target for selling old meat big charging as it was fresh!!!!!

I'm always happy when Target adds truly clean foods to their inventory. I've eaten 3 of these steaks so far and they're all excellent- tender and juicy. I coated with my fave spice blend (berbere) and cooked in ghee on low in my well preheated ceramic nonstck skillet to medium rare. Turned out perfect. I can't imagine how that reviewer who complained about theirs being tough got that result unless they cooked it so well done it became a hockey puck. That's on them because this meat is awesome! Am trying the rib eye next😋

I was so excited to see ButcherBox products at Target, so I picked up the two-pack of sirloin for dinner tonight. I’ve always loved their grass-fed meats, and having them at Target makes everything so much easier. The quality was excellent and the price was great. 2 steaks... his and hers, his and his, mine x2, today and tomorrow, however you split these they are amazing. Perfect portion for two people, and quite lean so they cook really fast.
