I started using this supplement a week ago and so far I have felt very positive about this product. This supplement has multiple strains of probiotics and a decent CFU count which is great. It is a big capsule but it did not have an after taste which made it so much easier to take. I would take this once a day. What I loved most is that you can take it with or without food and so I didn't need to keep a certain schedule. I would just take it anytime of the day when I got the chance. I just wish it didn't require refrigeration because it would it make it easier to take with me when traveling. Overall, I think this a great product and I have not noticed any side effects. Its gentle and can be easily added to your routine!
