Yummmmmm

These little crisps are delicious. You could eat them by the handful, or treat each one as a tiny indulgence. The quinoa is similar to puffed rice cereal, but the individual grains(?) are smaller, and rounder. They have a pleasing texture on my tongue, especially as the chocolate/binder melts and the granules are released. They also produce a very satisfying pop when bitten. One bad thing is there is a bit of an earthy aftertaste which seems to follow eating the first crisp each time. It's odd, but not too strong, and the crisps are tasty enough for me not to mind the aftertaste.
