Everyone in my family disliked it. It gave off miracle whip vibes and just didn't have a flavor that we enjoy. It was the first time the street corn was left over ....which says it all. I wish it had more garlic flavor. It has more tang than the brand I typically use. My family enjoyed it. Don’t get me wrong, it’s fine, but since it’s a garlic mayo, I really wanted it to taste more like garlic. I used it on sandwiches and in recipes like chicken salad. It tasted like any other mayo to me. I will say, my husband doesn’t use mayo as dip, so the fact that he grabbed this for fries was interesting. Overall, the product was just okay. Not overwhelmingly good or bad…just okay.

In my opinion I wouldn't use as a dip as the mayonnaise to garlic ratio is a bit more on the mayo side. If it had more garlic I would def. use as a dip right out the package but that's just my preference. The consistency itself is perfect for a dip or for applying to foods easily. I really love that it's organic with all the latest health studies coming out it helps give me a bit more piece of mind in the food I'm putting in my body. I would recommend giving a try so long as your expectations are mayo first vs. garlic first. I think I took the label a little to technically a though garlic would be the more dominant flavor but that could just be me. As someone who loooooves garlic mayonnaise , I was so excited to try this but it just didn’t work for me. The flavor has noticeable sour taste that overpowers the garlic, and i personally didn’t enjoy that at all. The texture is fine and it spreads well, but the taste is the most important part for me, and this one missed the mark. If you prefer a tangier mayo you might like it, but you’re into rich, garlicky flavor, this probably isn’t it.
