    Stick to the original

    [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I recently tried the original flavor of Power Mac, so this time I picked up the white cheddar variety and made a small tweak based on my last experience. I prepared it per the instructions using 2% milk, but this time I made sure to follow the exact noodle cook time and tested one before draining instead of pulling them early. The texture was perfect this time—no chewiness like before, so that adjustment definitely helped. I can’t say the same for the sauce though. It was creamy and coated the noodles well, but I was expecting more of a sharp cheddar flavor and it just didn’t deliver. The taste was very mild—actually even less cheesy than the original—and there was a bit of an odd flavor that didn’t really work for me. It was still edible, and my husband and 9‑year‑old both said it was fine. But overall, I’d stick with the original non–Power Mac macaroni and cheese. It never disappoints.

The portion is satisfactory and the product comes well packaged to preserve its freshness. In general, it is a delicious, practical and comforting option that both adults and children will enjoy.     [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Yo this Mac was actually straight gas. I ended up soloing the entire box. I was a little worried after mixing all the ingredients that it wouldn’t mix completely but just give it a sec, it will look chunky and weird at first but after a few minutes it was totally fine. This stuff is incredibly tasty im not even going to lie. Ive bought quite a few boxes lol

I liked the fact that it tastes like regular macaroni and cheese, but has better nutrition, with more fiber and high protein. You do need to cook the noodles a bit longer, and it's just a little chewier than regular macaroni in cheese, but that seems like a fair swap for the macros. I was able to stay on track and eat healthy while still enjoying macaroni and cheese.

I didn’t enjoy it as much. But I usually don’t like white cheddar flavored things so my taste will be different than others. My family did like it better than me.     Calling all Mac lovers … Make the switch!!!

    [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I paired the white cheddar protein mac with shredded pork and it went well together for me as an adult. Of course my 5 year old just wanted the macaroni by itself, but she did eat her entire bowl and had zero complaints! This is a mom win for me, because of the added protein and a toddler win for my daughter because to her, she’s just getting Mac and cheese! The consistency of this particular one was a little different than normal kraft mac but I didn’t mind it, and more importantly, the little one didn’t even mention it! There is no weird aftertaste, and we all had an overall 4 star review in our household for this product. If you have a mac lover at home like I do, I’d highly recommend trying this option.
