Directions

Directions for skin protectant use: apply as needed, for incontinence rash: change wet and soiled undergarments promptly, gently cleanse affected skin, and allow skin to dry, apply ointment liberally as often as necessary, with each undergarment change, especially at bedtime or any time when exposure to wetness may be prolonged

Sooths and Protects

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was impressed with this A+D Incontinence Support ointment and will likely buy it in the future. It helped soothe sensitive areas and heal areas that started to feel like “diaper rash”. It also helped make the area feel dry and really felt like it was protecting the skin. The texture was like a thick lotion and was easy to rub in. It was not sticky or greasy. It also absorbed nicely, without feeling like it just rubbed off of the skin.

The texture is sensory friendly, and there is a great amount of product for the value. It does not leave any white residue and helps prevent rashes and other skin issues. Definitely will continue to use.

Nice Ointment That Works Great

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] A&D Incontinence Support Ointment is a product that will protect your skin from irritation. The edge of the pads I use always leave my skin red and irritated. The oitment protected my skin and it cleared up the irritation. I also use it where my underwear's leg elastic leaves my skin irritated and it worked great. I also use it on my dry feet and my cuticles. It worked like a charm for those things too. It is a nice ointment, doesn't have much of a scent, comes in a tube that is easy to use without a mess and is a decent price.

A little of this goes a log way, and it mostly stays in place. It does soothe irritation from being on my feet all day and getting sweaty, so, at least, there's that.

Consistency

My burned hand heel in a few days and getting much better now. It absorbs so well on my hand and consistency texture. It also residue and redness is very well too.

A healing balm you can really use anywhere

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have incontinence issues, ok? I’m 60 and went through natural childbirth a couple times and kegels can only do so much. I use pee pads and sometimes incontinence underwear. It is what it is. This stuff is a bit like petroleum jelly, but not as insoluble—it leaves your skin soft without being totally greasy. I love the vitamins, and the total bonus is that it has odor control, which adds a layer of confidence if I happen to leak. Nice work!

Soothing lotion, not sure about incontinence support

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The incontinence support name of this product is a bit deceiving. I assumed it would be something to actually support my incontinence by numbing muscles or something of the sort, however it’s just a soothing cream for irritation, similar to nipple butter. It does have a nice soothing consistency and i appreciate that it can be used in irritated skin all over. However, the smell is quite strong, seems like a cross between Vaseline but also Desitin thus the smell is unpleasant for an everyday use. It may be more appropriate in private areas if that’s what makes it odor neutralizing, but i tried it on irritated skin on my hands and the smell was very bothersome. Seems to absorb very well and i can see how it would be good for irritated private skin. It seems as soothing as Desitin but less exteme in smell and texture and clear so no mess. Just not what i need at the moment for support.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Let's be honest, no one likes to talk about sores, chaffing, issues down there, but at the same time it happens to all of us at one point or another! This stuff is a life saver for summer months when no matter what you do, the moisture, rubbing, and heat of summer can create issues. It goes on smooth and heals overnight for most cuts, chaffing, sores, etc. A must have for summer, right up there with sunscreen and iced tea 🤣

Don’t let the name dissuade you from using this versatile product

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This product is the best skin barrier protection. I know that the label says incontinence support. It has so many other uses than that. If you have thin skin that tears easily, this product will help in the healing process. It provides a layer of protection while your skin heals. It is also great for rashes as well. The ointment has a slight fragrance to it. It goes on smoothly and locks out moisture to aid the healing process. This ointment also helps neutralize odor. I would highly recommend using this product. It can be used on buttocks, knees, hands, feet, legs, elbows, and your neck. It is a versatile product.
