A: Thanks for reaching out, SC. You can replace the batteries in the compartment on the bottom of the LED candle. The easiest way to remove the screw is with a number 0 or 1 Phillips screwdriver with a tip width of 2.5 mm to 3 mm. We wish you the best.

Handy for christmas
These are okay, they are a little smaller than expected (basically the size of a double stack of tealights) but they came with batteries which was handy. They also give off a very orange glow, I was hoping for more of a warm white.

Halloween 2024 Review
Bought these in October 2024 after reading other reviews saying batteries were missing. My set DID come with batteries. Battery change was easy - there's a security screw that needs to be loosened, not removed, with a Phillips screwdriver. After, use a coin to turn the battery cover and it should pop right out. You do NOT need to do this to use the light - battery is already installed. Light does flicker in a pretty realistic manner. Very orange color. It's also a little bit dimmer than a real tealight flame. Overall I think it's as advertised.

Look geeat until you need to replace the battery
Not sure if I got a faulty batch but it was impossible to remove the backs to replace the batteries. The screw was in the way and no way to fix.

Purchased these last minute for our pumpkins on Halloween since we didn’t want to leave open flames. They were great for the pumpkins, but in other scenarios they are a little too yellow and don’t have that natural look. They have a bit of a flicker to them but it’s hardly noticeable. Did love that they lasted quite a long time though

Perfect glow
Not sure of other reviews but these candles I bout at the store included batteries. A bit hard to switch on/off. Color and glow is pretty and work well in my votives. Only improvement would be if it had a timer.

These are ok
These are ok for the price. The shrinkwrap was adhered to the wax and some of it came off when I unwrapped them. They did come with batteries so that was the good part. The color of the flame is really orange and doesn't look anything like real candlelight. They do flicker a bit.

I just bought these in a store today and the batteries were included. Not sure what to make of the inconsistency there. I have the same threshold candles, the tea light version, in a holder in my LR so I knew what to expect here. I love these.

Wrong Glow
I bought these votives for a candle centerpiece. Unfortunately, they are much more yellow glow than the Threshold 3x3 and 3x4 flameless candles and do not match. The strange thing is they are marketed as the same type of candle, in the same color (I bought the cream color in both sizes of candles) just a smaller size than other Threshold flameless candles . They do not match in color or in "glow" compared to similar Threshold flameless cream candles.

Coin style batteries not actually included
I wanted to like these candles but was disappointed that on the box it stated the batteries were included (they weren’t) and that it used button style or coin style batteries(dangerous for young children). I wasn’t going to purchase those batteries separately so I’m unsure how this candle actually works or what it looks like when it glows. However, the candle does require a twist to open to access the battery so it makes it a little more safe, but I just don’t like having products with button batteries.

No batteries included
We are finishing moving into our new house and we had plans for these items in a specific display. They look very realistic and the package stated that it included batteries. When we went to put these out, there were no batteries. I have to wait to order some to see how they look when on, but very upset with the false presentation. If the batteries had been included as the package stated they would have been a 5 star product

Doesn’t come with batteries, and looks extremely fake upon usage. Some other brands have more realistic looking flames. Cute concept, kind of a fun novelty to have but really not practical and coming without batteries was a huge con.

I really wanted to like these but they just don't work for me. I was a bit disappointed when I received them and there were no batteries included, eventhough the packaging says batteries included. They are a special coin battery that I did not have on hand.

I liked the overall appearance, and the ease of changing the battery. I wish the candle flickered to look a little more realistic like some other candles. Cute and inexpensive. I will be interested in how long they last with the batteries.

Should have bought more
Great little votives! These are great to have and work well. My only problem is I should have bought more to work with the centerpiece I was doing. I would recommend these but buy extra for bigger impact.
