Q: I can't get my frame to play sound
A: Hi, thanks for reaching out about 10.1" HD Wifi Carver Gravel- Digital Photo Frame by Aura We apologize for the issue you are experiencing and have a few suggestions that may help: Aura frames intentionally play videos silently by default to avoid unexpected noise. You will have to manually activate the sound on a video. You can do this when a video is displayed on the frame, tap the interactive touch bar (the narrow, raised strip on top of the frame). This should activate the sound for that specific video. After tapping, hold the touch bar until the menu pops up. This will allow you to adjust the volume. Make sure the volume isn't set to "0." The frame remembers the volume setting for the next time you play a video. Also, please ensure the volume isn't muted or set extremely low within the Aura app itself. If you still have trouble you will want to give this a restart by unplugging the power cord from the back of the frame, wait for 30 seconds (this is important for a full reset), and then plug the power cord back in.
