Q: How many squares per inch does this paper have?

submitted by Elena - 2 years ago
  • A: Hello Elena - Great question! The paper has 4 squares per inch. We hope this helps! - Sokim

Q: Is this 1/5 inch graph paper?

submitted by T - 6 years ago
  • A: No, The QUAD in the title is supposed to indicate that it's FOUR squares to the inch - not the FIVE that you want. Think of a college "quad," for "quadrangle." Target should of course spell out for us, in the blurb and on the package, that it's printed with a quarter-inch grid NOT fffth-inch - since not everyone knows that 'QUAD' is INTENDED to tell you it's four to an inch. In fact, "quad" is also short for "quadrille," which just means it's a GRI print, not standard lines in one direction.

Excellent durable graph paper for pages you use often

5 out of 5 stars
im old gregg - 6 months ago, Verified purchaser
Great value if you're using this paper for pages you use or reference often. The reinforced holes come in clutch for that, speaking from experience from using cheaper paper, then having to go through the annoyance of ripping through the holes after too much wear and then reinforcing them with those obnoxious little donut shaped stickers or just losing the page. Sure, I probably could have put those on first to avoid ripping through, but this paper makes so much more sense. However, if what you really need is a ton of minimally used paper, maybe just taking notes for a bunch of classes you'll never use again, you could get more value out of cheaper paper since the reinforced feature will be useless to you. Honestly, it's still just $2.99/100 sheets, so I don't think it's breaking the bank either way. Also appreciate that it's SFI certified paper from responsible sources, although if you want to compost or recycle this you should probably cut off the plastic part reinforcing the holes.

Paper's grid lines smudge & leave ink all over hands

1 out of 5 stars

Ash - 7 months ago, Verified purchaser
The ink on this paper smears all over the place and gets on your hands. I couldn't remove the ink from my fingers with a baby wipe or simple soap & water, either. It is messy like reading a newspaper. I used a pencil, not a pen, when this happened to me.

Great grids

A required supply for math class, instead of graphing the teacher uses the grid to help them keep their writing neat and numbers properly lined up for each type of equation. The paper is sturdy and holds up to multiple erasures without ripping.

Don’t know if maybe it’s just the set I purchased, but the ink comes off on my fingers from the warmth very easily. Fingers always end up stained with blue ink, had to go back to Five Star.

Much nicer than expected - came with the reinforced edges. 100 sheets should get both of my high schoolers through their math classes this year. I could not locate the item in store, so I ordered for a curbside pickup (from the same store, made my life easier at back to school time!)
