11" 9 Cube Organizer Shelf - Room Essentials™

Bought these and putting them together they cracked and split with the provided screws and finishing nails. Poorly made

Perfect size and way easy to assemble

It was easy to assemble and inexpensive. I would not move this much, as the instructions state, because it doesn’t seem to be too stable after moving. It does store bins and books, which is what I need it to do, so I will keep it.

Assembly was pretty easy, it’s holding up well and it’s a good size

Must have two people to put together or it will break(one to support the panels while you are attaching). The optional back panels are cardboard! Plastic dowels break when assembling and extras are not included. Called the customer service number that target gave me for manufacturer and it was disconnected. Had to haul it back to store to return. DO NOT BUY!

Good unit for a dorm. Very easy to put together.

Idk why yall having so many problems with this lol. as long as you follow the directions on building it AND the weight limits to each shelf/top of it… you should be fine

The cube shelf is easy to assemble. It’s a great price. Unfortunately the shelf is very unstable.

A great buy for the price. Well engineered for easy assembly. I ended up buying five.

Where can I find the manufacturer phone number??? I bought this product in store and after carrying it up 40 steps and unboxing it, I found our the hardware is missing. Not feasible to pack the item up, haul it back to Target to exchange it and haul it back up to my 3rd story apartment. I called target customer support for assistance and they stated they couldn't do anything and that I had to go to the store where I got the product from and show the incident number from the call and to get extra parts they had there. We'll, I never received the incident number via email, and I went to the store like the rep said but after consulting a staff member who consulted a manager, they said there was no way to get the parts because they don't manufacture the product. They said they would not be able to open another box that was right there and take the parts out of that one. They proceeded to lead me to the hardware section of the store, however, there were no dowels in sight. So I get home and call the customer support number provided on the insert but the number is no longer in service. This has been the biggest hassle and the most frustrating experience that I have had with Target. I am so irritated and disappointed with this experience and with the misinformation that is provided by the customer support team, and the lack of assistance from the manager. The number for the manufacturer being disconnected and the lack of the link to the manufacturer website within the product assembly is ridiculous.

I love, love this shelving. Pared with the right storage bins, it can completely change the look of your place. Even without bins, it’s a quality shelf and super easy to assemble

It come broken doesn't resist

It was obviously a return. There were dowels still attached and it had a terrible musty smell

Very poorly designed. Pieces to create small cubicles are deep for some small dowel and really don’t go in fully. Terrible design.

Didn’t stand up because holes for the short dowels were too long

Instructions easy to follow and assemble with 2 people.

My experience with this piece was awesome!! I was able to assemble it by myself (and I’m 62) and it looks great in my home office. I also was able to find collapsible storage boxes from Dollar Tree that fit perfectly. It is very sturdy and strong. I doubt if you could put a bunch of real heavy items on it, but it’s perfect for my needs

Flimsy and very poor quality. The long blue dowels break and the white ones go so far in, you can barely see it. The entire thing will topple down if you press too hard on the last part of C and snap on the way down. You're better off buying a Mainstays organizer rather than this flimsy contraction.

Just as many others said, the dowels are cheap and 6 of them snapped when I was close to finishing the whole thing. We've used several of these type of shelving units before but these were the worst materials I have worked with.

I have bought multiple cubicle designs from other companies. This is by FAR the flimsiest ever. Not impressed at all.
