Just like the way they used to make em! Might be the best item sold by Target
There’s a saying that nowadays they just don’t make them like they used to. Well, this is the exception. This stainless steel frying pan, and I’m not being incentivized at all for saying this, feels PREMIUM. Wow. Just holding the lid gives u a sense of how well made this product is. Even though Fedex screwed up the delivery and slightly damaged the handle, this product is SUPER well made. 5 stars. What a standout. Way better than the other name brands like Cuisinart.

The pan is terrible. It heats up too fast and burns the outside of the food without cooking the middle. Sets off the fire alarm and is trash after 5 or six uses.

Great pan, without the nonstick chemicals
Was due for a new pan that was replacing an everyday type of pan. This replaced one that had the black, nonstick type of coating that everyone is trying to avoid. Great size and stability with this pan. Is def our go-to pan. It does have some discoloration to it now due to constant use but has not affected the use.

Well made, sturdy and durable
I am pretty sure at this point that stainless steel skillets are standard. I am here to say that this brand has a good weight and seems well made to last through time. Due to my lack of knowledge of cooking with stainless steel, i have not had much success with using it to cook. I am still working out the kinks and knowing when it is warm enough/too hot/too cool.

This Figmint™ 12" stainless steel frypan is a solid addition to my pan collection! It feels sturdy, heats evenly. The handle stays cool, which is nice, and the included lid makes it even more versatile. Like most stainless steel pans, food can stick if you don’t preheat it properly, but once you get the hang of it, it cooks really well. Cleanup can take a little effort if stuff gets stuck, but it’s dishwasher-safe, which helps. Overall, it’s a solid pan. It is great quality and performance if you’re okay with a little extra care.

Smell?
I've used stainless steel pans and generally loved them. There is a smell coming off of this pan though when I cook with it. The first time I threw the meal away because I thought the meat was bad, but the same smell came back again when I cooked with the same pan and ingredients I knew were fresh. After a bit of research, more cheaply made stainless steel pans have higher quantities of nickel and other metals that can be released when cooking, and I imagine that's what's happening here. It's been over an hour and the smell feels like it's permeated my brain.

Not worth the added trouble #teamnonstick
I got this pan hoping it would be a step up from what I usually use. Full disclosure what I usually use as a nonstick pan. This is my first time cooking and stainless steel and I gotta say it’s just not for me. I didn’t take the time to read up on it and find out the best way to season the pan and all that sort of stuff. The result was a stuck on mess after only one cook that I couldn’t get clean after two days of soaking and a whole lot of scrubbing. This was my nightmare. I’ll go back to being a nonstick fan

I absolutely love this. I love the design of it and the size of it. The silver tone is nice looking. the handle does get a little hot, but it does cook the food well and it doesn’t really stick to the pan which I like a lot. You can never have too many of these pots
