There isn’t a vent hole so they do not work with the lid on.

I bought these mugs as the yellow is cheerful and easy to grab and then find the correct coins I’m looking for.

Love these short tumblers for their size. Not so much caring for the lid. As others have said they’re useless to drink out w/o the small hole on top for air to flow through to sip. I still use the lid but only to keep the liquid contained while walking to my office. Then I have to remove it to drink from. Not sure if I can have someone make a small hole for me w/o cracking it.

I got them because they're cute but the lid doesn't work as there is no vent hole and coffee or tea doesn't come out.

I love these cups! They’re perfect as regular drink cups, very kid-proof, keep drinks cold, and I really like the way they look. Durable and practical, but also stylish! We haven’t used the lids yet. I’ve bought more so I have a collection

Very cute tumblers that I bought to keep in my camping cook set. Unfortunately, the lids do not work well. There is no vent, which makes sipping out of the small opening very difficult. The surface of the lid is also very shallow and completely flat, so you have to smush your nose up on the lid to drink from it. Lastly, I tried swapping out the lids with ones I have from a very similar tumbler brand, but the diameter on these tumblers is just slightly different (smaller) enough to make using other brands' lids impossible, even though most other brands use an interchangeable size. The cups themselves are ok for the inexpensive price, but with an essentially non-functional lid, I do not recommend them, and would never pay more than $10 for the set.

Really excited to see these in-store, felt like they would be a perfect dupe for a much more expensive set. However, the design (as mentioned by others) makes them unusable with the provided lids. I considered heating up a needle or other metal implement and creating a vent but was worried about it not working, so I returned them instead.

Love the cup. Perfect size for a cup of coffee. Love the colors and how good it fits in my cup holder. I rate this cup a 4.9. My reason is the lid. It seals great, but I just have a little hard time drinking because there's no vent hole.
