I don't know how there are any reviews above 1. First of all, it takes 4 hours to charge 1 battery. The battery barley last 10 mins. I have 3 batteries, can't even get the yard cut. It's a small yard. It took 3 days to cut the front yard. With the amount of charging time. Still working on the back yard. On day 2 of mowing that. It's not worth any money. It barely cuts grass and stalls if you have the setting below 5. Completely waste of money and time. Trust me do not waste your money. I spoke with my neighbor who recently purchased one also. Her lawnmower started smoking after 2 months of purchase.

Used it 3 times. Then it died. Batteries are charged, but not working. I’ll try to figure out how to debug this or return it.

The lawn mower is great and light to use. The batter surprisingly lasts long enough but you do need 2 batteries to finish a small yard front and back. I do wish the mower supported add ons like mulch discharge instead of having to use the bag. It can be a tough task to empty the bag 3-4 times for an older person.

This lawnmower was missing a washer that keeps the handle in place. Also, the batteries provided only last about 20 min. However, the lawnmower maneuvers and cuts well. I suggest looking for something with better battery life. Furthermore, I only used this a few times last year due to the lack of cutting power, with short battery life, and on the first mow this year, the wheel fell off. This lawnmower is genuinely a defective product by this company.

i have owned this system since it first came out i have a handyman business and this is the most used power tool i have ,i had to replace the power unit twice but thats because of the amount of use it gets.what it dont understand is why the big box stores dont carry this tool system

We own two drills in the house and our mostly used one is the Black and Decker 20v Max Lithium Drill/Driver. It is the most reliable drill I have used in the house and the battery lasts us quite some time. We have not had the need to purchase another battery since we can do with just the charge of one. Great product.

My cordless drill (not a matrix) stopped working close to fathers day so my wife picked up the matrix to replace it. gave it to me for fathers day. I have since gotten most of the attachments and have called the matrix "BEST TOOL EVER". The only issue I have is that when using the attachments the battery will loose power quickly. we (my wife) solved this by getting me the corded version. Again BEST TOOL EVER!!

There are always fencing, stall repair, new ceiling construction, or insulation boxes to be bilt. My 20 max goes through pipe fencing, 2x4 and 2x6 quickly and the blades are easy to change, Its been dropped off the ladder and a bit abused. Works great.

Using this on ROUGH yard neglected by renters for 6 years, after hand-clipping blackberries and removing thatch with my Black & Decker battery-powered weed trimmer. Works better than I expected. Handle is a little awkward to put together, but once done, it folds for easy storage and transport. Battery run time approx. 20 min. in 50-degree weather.
