Installation was easy and instructions were clear. I love that it comes with a remote control. It’s not extremely loud when it’s on either. It just sounds like you would expect an AC unit too. Overall I’m really pleased with this one!

We are in the middle of renovating our garage so we have it set up on the ground, but have plans to mount the AC unit. This machine packs quite a punch and has such a powerful airflow and keeps our garage cool at all times. Even with our ongoing renovation and having various cracks and open windows in our garage this mighty unit keeps our area cool extremely comfortable to live and work in. Whirlpool has always been a trusted brand in our home and I’m happy that we could add an air conditioner to our collection of appliances. I highly recommend!

The noise level is small, energy consumption much better than our old unit and now considering another for the lower levels (no central air).

Directions were clear as well. Our bedroom is around 160 square foot and it makes it feel nice and cold. Settings are easy to control with or without the remote control. It’s nice having the remote by the bedside though! I highly recommend!

It delivers great cooling power while being quiet and energy efficient. The remote control is super convenient, allowing me to make easy adjustments. I love the variety of settings, letting me customize the cooling to fit my needs. I have no doubt that this larger model will have no problem effectively cooling my entire second floor space when summer temperatures arrive.

The remote is great and has very easy to see buttons. The air conditioner we had before this one had to be turned on at least 2 hours before we went to bed and we would both still sweat at night. This air conditioner only needs about 10-15 minutes and the room is ice cold! We both sleep so much better! The noise level is great too, I can't even tell when the compressor kicks on. It's a nice steady white noise all night. I highly recommend this unit!

It cools our room (about 350 sq ft) quickly and evenly, which has been a lifesaver on those warmer days. I was honestly surprised by how quiet it runs—it’s not disruptive at all, even when it’s working hard. The remote is a small but super helpful touch. I love being able to adjust the temperature or mode without getting up. Installation was pretty straightforward if you already have a wall sleeve in place. Overall, it’s efficient, easy to use, and blends in well with the room without being bulky or loud. Definitely happy with it so far!

Is best for replacing an existing in wall unit as you don't want to be cutting out your wall otherwise, there are other options for cooling a room that are less space consuming. Can be placed onto a lanai floor window, has three speeds. Has a digital display and operating modes include Cool, Heat, Fan, Dry, and Auto. Great replacement for old in wall units.

After reading through everything, we felt a video could’ve saved a lot of time. Some parts came pre-installed in the sleeve, which made lifting the AC easier. Once we were sure everything was in place, it worked great—quiet and smooth.
