A: I had the same problem! I was so frustrated. Then my child suggested flipping it upside down and let gravity help. That worked!

Didn't think a frame could be so poorly designed yet here we are. Unlike other frame products sold by target, this frame is missing BASIC features. The frame window was very scratched - usually that's ok because there's a plastic film protecting it but there wasn't and that super sucks for quality when you're trying to display something. The "floating" aspect just means loose backing on the photo/poster that it doesn't even keep it in the frame lol. Other reviews on here say that they had to use tape to secure the photo and that's 100% true - what the heck. It's so bad that I don't even plan on returning it because it shouldn't be re-sold. What frame doesn't do what it's supposed to do? This one. Target, please remove this item and replace it with something better.

Glass is somehow scratched on the inside but the biggest problem is my picture doesn't stay placed in the frame and falls down once I try to hang it. Very flimsy. Very disappointed. Will be returning.

The frame itself is aesthetically pleasing, but the edges were so sharp. I didn't feel comfortable keeping it in our house with children so I returned it.

Well, I wanted to love it. After fighting with the plastic, and the film to hold the picture in place, I finally had my item displayed. Then came hanging it. The frame itself is extremely thin so no picture hanger, wire or any other piece of standard hardware will hold it. Screw it is.... not that either. As you can see, a very small headed screw is completely visible destroying the aesthetic purpose of the frame. Additionally, the plastic teeth to hang the entire piece off the screw is about an eight of an inch deep. If that. The moment the door at the end of this wall is closed, the entire frame will fall and shatter. I can't return it either as the paper and reciept are gone. So, I'd give zero stars if I could- and it was bloody expensive for what I've got

It’s really important to note that the outside of the frame measures 11.5 x 15.5 and the inside is 11 x 15. I unfortunately did not read the fine print before purchasing and opening the frame package. It works but didn’t provide the floating effect I was looking for.

Trash. The frame does not close tightly and photos fall down without being secured. The backing is a flimsy piece of plastic instead of a 2nd pane of glass. Usually with the issue of securing the photo, you could tack it to the back piece of glass, but this plastic film is too flimsy to waste the time on.

I love the sleek look of these frames. I didn’t really until after I bought them that the frame itself is plastic, you wouldn’t be able to tell by the look! Also, only the front panel is glass, the back is a thin plastic, it looks fine now, but u do worry about scratching in the future. It took us a wile to figure out how to hang these without the mail showing, we were unsuccessful and just restored to a clear push pin, and so far so good!

Nope. Purchased and will return all three. Read and followed directions yet the picture would not stay secured. Disappointed to say the least.
