I had a tapered rolling pin for a long time, and while it was super easy to store, it took far too long to roll out dough evenly for someone who only bakes occasionally. This rolling pin has been such a game changer for that!! I’ve used it a few times now, making sure to wash and dry it immediately, and it’s worked like a charm! I can appreciate some reviewers saying it’s easy to lose the pieces, but the product itself isn’t responsible for pieces lost with regular use. Fingers crossed I don’t have any issues with this splitting like some reviewers mentioned - so far so good after two uses!
