This mat is very sticky and collects all kind of particles. Has to be washed prior to use again which is a hassle. The size of the mat is good, perfect for rolling out cookies.

would sell my left kidney for this mat 12/10 so easy to clean, doesn’t slide around. easy for storage bc it rolls up if you like that. You can stick it in the oven idk why you wouldn’t buy it

I'm in love with this product. I haven't used it to cook with as I'm currently without an oven however I live in a rental where they painted all the counters with paint not good for it. That being said I bought one of these to make my noodle dough on, my tortillas on, and my bread. It works amazingly and stores super slim. It's easy to wipe down, however with it's size in a sink is a little tricky but 100% worth it.

I was a lil unsure about using this because i just needed a mat with out all the bells and whistles. As it turns out, I for sure needed this. It has so many lil guide lines on it and I use it so much. It washes well too! Really comes in handy.

I don't have any idea how I have managed to live my life for 40+ years without ever trying a silicone baking mat. It has made baking significantly faster and easier. This one is very nice - it's huge, 25" in length, 18" in height. I can flour it up and dump a lot of dough onto it, then roll it out with room to spare. It has a super handy measurement conversion chart printed onto it, I refer to that just about every time I use it. There's a ruler for inches and another for centimeters going down all 4 sides, as well as a round measuring area in the center. The coolest feature for me is the way that the mat grips and sticks to my countertops or stovetop immediately, no effort involved whatsoever, I just unroll it, spread it out on the counter and this mat is not budging. Once I'm finished using it though it peels right off and I can rinse it and toss it into the dishwasher. I am extremely happy with this baking mat. It has made measuring, shaping, kneading, rolling, and clean up exponentially easier. I very much recommend it!

I love the measurements and quick info that you can reference on the mat. However, because the mat is so thin, I did find it a little difficult to clean/fit in my sink. I used it to cook some cookies and they turned out great! I can't wait to use this product for making pie crust.

The Figment Silicone Pastry Mat is by far the greatest pastry mat I’ve ever had the chance to try! Not only is it extra large, but it’s super durable! It even comes with measurements on the mat itself. This pastry mat is oven safe to 425 degrees, and is dishwasher safe! I received this free silicone pastry mat by Figmint free for my honest review the pastry mat make it easier to roll dough and make different pastries with out all the mess and clean up. Also the mat has measurements on the mat.
