Arrives in a lot of pieces that need assembly. A few parts were broken. Thankfully not critical parts for us. Assembly directions are limited and confusing. In the end, it worked and the kids loved it. The remote seemed to work well

Best addition to our home in years
Bought this on clearance and am blown away. It looks AMAZING in our home, like it was always meant to be there. I like the various lighting settings. Heat is pretty good, although we don’t use it too often. The only minor quibble is I wish the light flicker was a bit more rapid to mimic real flames, but that’s extremely minor. Highly recommended.

We bought this on clearance for imperfections and were a bit nervous to receive. But it was the right height and width for our room and we liked the overall look took a chance. When it came, the faux bricks were clearly mismatched colors. Other than that, nothing else seemed too amiss. My husband painted it and we thought it turned out great and love the look of this fireplace. The flames look pretty realistic and add so much cosiness to our space. We are really glad that we purchased. Also. I had emailed ahead of time and recieved a quick reply about all the possible defects. I really appreciated that this company is so upfront about their products and that they have such a commitment to quality that they put these imperfect units on discount - kudos to them!

This fireplace arrived well package d and assembled easily with clear instructions. I love the versatility as it would work well with any decorating style. I have used the heat function twice (early season) and it easily warms my 1100 square foot loft, cement floors, high ceilings, exposed brick and all! This fireplace delivers great value, aesthetically and in utility.

We ordered this fireplace while searching for something to make our very large wall feel more to scale. Assembly was fairly easy and the minor defects and imperfections aren’t even noticeable to the average eye. At this price, this was an absolutely amazing purchase.
