Purchased separately to cover Beats Flex headphones that stopped working after six days. Insurer instructed me to inform manufacturer (Apple) of the problem and explain they were insured. Apple refused to recognize the insurer and told me I would have to pay out of pocket for repair. I got fleeced!

It says two years but its actually only 90 days to return in store which is what people are expecting. My headphones quit charging beyond the 90 days and now its gonna be a nightmare. Insurance co’s suck!

Had SquareTrade for a sound bar. Went bad and filed a claim. Very easy to use and they were very helpful. Only complaint was the amount they gave us was about $7 less than we paid, and we got it on Black Friday. Would cost about $20 more to buy same item now. But no big deal. Thankful we weren't out the entire amount.

This Protection Plan was added on to my purchase. I must have inadvertently done something to add it but I don’t know how and it seems impossible to cancel. Take your time when ordering online so that you’re not surprised by this extra expense.
