2024 Topps MLB Update Series Baseball Trading Card Super Box

I loved the product. However, I hate the way it was shipped! An oversized box with three boxes inside with hardly any additional packaging to prevent damage. Luckily, there was no damage. Will buy again, but only if assured that the contents are packaged more securely.

I am upset that I was not made aware when I purchased this item through the Target app on my phone that I could NOT return it. I decided to not give as a Christmas gift and was unhappy to be told that I could not return an unopened box. This should be made more clear when purchasing as majority of items are returnable.

It was definitely pretty much what I expected. It was cool there was a bonus pack with the parallels. Still, I just really expected more. I guess I figured there would have been at least 1 pack from both series one and two. That would have been awesome. I'm sure if I have been able to buy more cards this last year. I would have given it 5 stars. Target near me does not have a dedicated card section where there is multiple blaster/hanger boxes. They don't even sell retail boxes. If they start to, I surely will be there.

Item was find but the buying experience with target for this item was terrible. Awful target customer service. The item took a month to ship and by the time it was received it was well past the time I needed it. I had always been under the impression that I could return items to target (which was why I bought it through them) but this items is non returnable which was not clearly called out at the time of ordering. I do not typically hunt for return policies when shopping at target now I know you have to so I will not shop with them again.

Absolutely ridiculous service from Target and whoever sold this through them — and felt like a scam. Delivery date was weeks out and continued to get pushed back so I ordered another order which said it would ship and arrive within days (which it did). This order was “preparing to ship” for almost an entire month which made it impossible to actually cancel. It should have been available to cancel for the weeks leading up to it actually shipping but because the second I ordered they changed it to “preparing to ship” and it was “non-returnable” they knew they had my money. I reached out twice to Target customer service to cancel and expressed the scam going on, and they refused to cancel or refund me saying it was “too far along in the process”. They told me to refuse the package but I knew if I did that I would still likely be charged AND out of the product. They then arrived a full week later than even the late delivery and I couldn’t cancel or return or have it in time for the holidays. I bought two and am now out $80. Awful service.

Pretty happy with my box pulled some decent stuff....will definitely buy another one.

First box I got bad lol but I opened the second one and was happy thank you

Target does not package with any padding. The boxes showed up damaged for several orders . I stopped ordering from target for this reason

Ordered these card during Black Friday. They kept pushing the delivery date. Now it’s coming after Christmas. Can’t cancel or get your money back which is complete bull. Buyer beware.

Seems like a cool item, but buyer beware - ordered on Black Friday it now says it won't deliver until Dec 27th, hasn't shipped yet, can't cancel and not returnable.

Never received my box in the mail.

As usual, the super box is a fun rip. Loaded with Rookies and I got a couple nice inserts. The Jackson Holliday Purple out of 799 will pay for the box and then some.

Falsely reported as delivered. Package never came. Because the item was non-returnable there was nothing I could do to ensure my item was delivered. Order elsewhere

This is a fun item to open with my daughters. And crazy enough, have pulled case hits 50% of the time. Downside, no crazy hits worth millions.
