Q: Do these folders have creases at the bottom that can be folded in order to expand and hold more?

A: Hello anonymous, The file folders are 13 inches long measured from the hanging rod ends, and 10 inches tall measured from the bottom of the folder to the top of the installed tab.

Q: Are the 2 hooks on the sides of each folder, that allow them to hang, made of plastic or metal? I'm hoping metal, because it would be more durable than plastic.
