cheap lights
I should have expected these lights to be bad based on the price but they made them look so cute in the picture online. The candy cane parts kept falling off straight out of the box. As I would snap them back on more would fall off. Also, the candy cane part was too heavy for it to lay correctly and so they would be facing the ground and you can't tell what they are. I tried straightening them for about 10 minutes with no progress so I gave up and am returning them 🤷♀️

Don’t buy this. The clear piece holding the light comes off easily and if you lose it the peppermint doesn’t hold in place. It also doesn’t come with extras either.

Not worth it even at a discount
Super filmsy. These lights were breaking while simply trying to take them out of the box. The plastic candy canes are held onto little lights by a small plastic ‘clip’ which doesn’t hold. Parts broke off so easily and became a quick choking hazard in our house. Returned.

These are cheap lights so remember, you get what you pay for. They light up nicely and are battery operated. Work well enough for the intended purpose. Almost looks orange at first, but I think that’s because the color of the candy cane isn’t a darker red.

poorly made
very poorly made. multiple candy canes fell off the little pieces of plastic they’re attached to as i was removing the lights from the box. they are cute, and i should’ve expected this for $5, but i will be returning because it’s just not worth it.

Dark but cute!
These are really cute but the light is kind of dark and centered so much that you almost can’t tell they’re candy canes unless you’re up close. I am going to try them at my desk and see if they’re better in a smaller area. Right now they’re hanging near my cabinets/above my stove and are dark. They are really cute though. I do wish they’d make all of these cute seasonal lights with a plug in option as well! But I have a handful of these lights for various seasons and they last a good length of time on batteries.
