Prevents recurrences of diverticulitis, reduces heartburn, need to increase when on antibiotics.

My husband & I have taken this probiotic for the past 8 years. We have tried others but always come back to this one. This has prevented my husband from any recurrences of his diverticulitis in the past 2 years. It prevents me from having heartburn. We normally take 2 in AM & 2 at night. However, I had COVID a month ago & have been fighting other respiratory infections since. I have increased to taking 4 in AM and 4 at night. I will be increasing to 5-6 as just placed on strong antibiotic.

Works well with lemon juice fresh

This product works well with freshly-squeezed lemon juice in stevia and cold water! I have tried other brands and keep coming back to this one. I keep it in the refrigerator once opened, fyi.

Great Acidophilus

This is my favorite kind of acidophilus. It does not need refrigeration and it was approved by Consumerlab - meaning it actually contains what it says it does. The price on Swanson's website is also great. The capsules are on the big side but easy to swallow.

Keep my body in tac

I've been taking 21st Century for a few years and find it keeps my system regular. I talked my husband into trying 21st Century and I think his system is getting more regular and I think he is feeling better.

Great alternative, great buy...

I've been on daily probiotics since 1994 and been advised to switch out or alternate probiotics throughout each year. I find it has been beneficial for me. Ultimately, I'm pleased to have found this one to add to the list of those I like and have had success with....at a great price!
