Q: The specifications state that the height is adjustable, but it isn't clear how they can be adjusted and the height range. Can the height be adjusted so the back is no higher than 34 inches from floor?

A: Hi Julie Ane, unfortunately they are not adjustable. The seat height remains static at 28 in. H from the floor to the top of the seat. The seats do however swivel at a full 360 degrees. We will get the info updated on the site to remove the adjustable specification. Thank you for bringing it to our attention.

Q: What are the measurements from floor to seat? I have a pair of these barstools already and need two more but my measurements from floor to seat happen to be 30 inches. Who can I talk to about these?

A: Image result for what size bar stool for 44 inch counter Counter height stool seats range from 24-29 inches from the floor and are perfect for kitchen counters or tables that are about 34-39 inches high. A bar stool seat is about 30-36 inches from the ground and is perfect for counters or bars that are 40-46 inches from the ground.
