The packaging was horrible, the fed ex guy wrote on the box damaged. So, with that in mind I opened the box carefully to find that the moisture packets broke open, so I had beads everywhere. One of the chais had slightly very slightly bent legs, I was able to put it together and it's pretty good, they give you a replacement foot for each chair which is fantastic. One foot was broken, but easily replaced. I really do like Christopher Knight items, I will order something from his line in the future, however, they need to figure out a way to ship it better.. All in all I am happy with the chairs, they are a great addition to my pub table.
