A: Don't know why, but they don't seem to want to answer this question; they only state that the FRAME is Rubberwood. I'm probably going to not order since it's been avoided.

Q: hello, what is the difference between the natural and gray color? the gray color seems to be a slightly lighter version of natural with no gray coloring in it. pls confirm. thank you!

The seat height is 19 inches on theses chairs, not 18 inches as listed. There was not enough clearance between my table and the chairs to fit our legs comfortably. I liked the chairs otherwise, though, and am sad they didn't work for our space.

These chairs look a lot more expensive than they are. Goes great with my light oak colored table and will last a long time. Tip for assembly- don’t tighten the screws super hard at first. Lift the chair up a few inches and drop it a couple times on the ground then turn upside down and tighten all the screws again. Makes it very sturdy.

Great quality chairs, wood feels solid but also lightweight and I love the design. However the Grey Wash color is darker and more brown in person, almost like a mink color, definitely no grey tone to it. Can’t comment on ease of putting together as I didn’t attempt when the color was off. Returning due to the color issue, otherwise I would have kept them!

These chairs are excellent for the price. Easy to build for the most part (I'd recommend using a drill for last 6 screws you put in at the end, those were a little hard to do with a screwdriver). Really great quality, too - super sturdy. Knocked off one star because i ordered two sets of chairs (4 total) and one of the legs came defective and was slightly shorter than the others making the chair wobbly, but easily fixed the unevenness with a thick furniture pad!

the chairs are beautiful and heavy so they are not flimsy. assembly took longer than it should have because some of the screws did not want to turn all the way, we have to literally forced them in with a wrench. but other than that they are very nice.
