Received a used pad
I went to unroll the foam pad to air out per the instructions, there were burn marks/black holes on my pad. Pretty disappointed for how much this cost and coming from Target.

Never slept better!
My elderly mother was complaining that her bed was uncomfortable. It felt hard and lumpy. She sometimes slept in a chair to avoid her bed. I purchased this mattress topper, put it on the bed, and Mom says she's never slept better! Even Dad said it was a great improvement. A month later, they're still commenting on how comfortable their bed is. It's like getting a whole new mattress for a fraction of the price. So happy with this purchase. Highly recommend.

Nice topper but not luxe
I purchased this item for a spare rotor bedroom bed which was too firm. The foam was as described and took about a day to totally acclimate and unfurl. The mattress topper which came with it was really not much more than a standard mattress cover. So saying it is 3.5" thick in total is not quite accurate. We like it nevertheless.

We are glad you liked the topper and wanted to point out that the quilted fiberfill cover that comes with the foam is compressed and flattened for easy shipment and requires washing and drying so that it will "fluff out" to the 1.5-inch thickness. Once the fiberfill cover has been laundered, the topper set should measure the correct 3.5 inches ordered.

The foam was 2 inches and the fiber cover is a bit 1/2 inch. And just a mattress pad. It works for the guest room so I’ll keep it. But just not what I expected.

As noted in the website listing, the overall product is 3.5” thick: consisting of a 2” foam pad combined with 1.5” of quilted fiberfill cover. The cover is compressed for shipping, but once washed, it fluffs out to the 1.5" thickness noted in the listing.
