Definitely not big enough for large dog. Bought because it stated big enough for a dog 50-70 pounds and I would say 50 pounds at the max end. Not very durable for the price either. Can find better on Amazon that is bigger and same price. It does look nice so I’ll give them that.

We snagged this with the 15% off coupon offered on pet items. Good quality bed I have bought 3 or 4 pet beds from target and this Boots and Barkley has yet to disappoint. I recommend to wrap the matress in a lawn and leaf trash bag upon arrival to protect it from mess. You can was cover and bolsters. We have an older do with bladder issues and the bolsters are good for her arthritis easier to sleep and get up she puts her head on the cushions and has easier time getting traction.

I've purchased this bed before & loved it. But they changed the "seat" fabric to sherpa, which is QUITE thin and not durable at all. with in one day, my dog made a hole. She does like to nest, but this has never happened with any other dog brand of any brand. PRETTY, but not FUNCTIONAL

I bought this bed for my shepherd mix. He’s a 90lbs dog and he circles around his beds before lying down. Just doing this made a hole within one day of use. He doesn’t chew on things nor purposely dig his nails. I immediately returned it for a refund. I think this bed is probably best left for small dogs.

This is my 4th Boots and Barkley bed I've bought for my dog. They have been great for the 4 years I've been purchasing them. But... last week, I decided to buy my pup a new one as his foam was getting very flat in the middle of his existing bed. When I bought the new one from the store, it was vacuum sealed, so I opened it and gave it a few days to decompress. We'll it's been almost a week and the foam is not getting any bigger. The foam doesn't even fill the space it's meant to fit in. I don't know if they're using cheap pads, but the new bed is flatter than the old bed. I'll be returning this item and purchasing from somewhere else. Pics are of new (gray) and old (blue)beds.

I bought 2 large Boots & Barkely beds from Target two years ago and had to replace one of them because one of my dogs destroyed it due to digestive upset ('nuff said). My dogs love these beds so when I went to reorder, I only found this newer version of what we had. Unfortunately, the white bed part where the dog rests is NOT sturdy at all. I've washed it a few times and it's now got holes all over and chunks of the foam are breaking off. Meanwhile, the original bed is still going strong after 12 washes. Boots & Barkley and Target, please go back to the older style where the same durable fabric was used on 100% of the upper part of the bed.

I got a solid 2 days of use from the bed. The day after I purchased it, I came to find my dog tore a hole in it. My dog maximized the opportunity to make it bigger and completely destroyed it (he’s a bed digger). I purchased the last bed like 2 years ago and I really wish I remembered where I got it from because that one never ripped.
