What a Deal I was walking by with friends when spotted the fire pit on sale for a ridiculously low price so I bought it. That same night the neighbors & I sat around a nice fire that we could adjust as needed. While we made the traditional smores! A great deal on a great fire pit! Bad quality
Bought 50% off on clearance. I would have been upset to pay full price for this. It is not very sturdy, and comes with poor quality hardware that is easy to strip. One of the holes was drilled too large, so it could not be tightened fully. The top was damaged out of the box because it is too soft.

Firepit comes from manufacturer defective / poor quality - Stay away from Threshold Products
Got this on clearance for 50% off and it is poor quality for price. 3 out of 4 welds popped off the burner plate at the corners out of the box. the 2 out of 4 main brackets that hold base to heavy stone top were made wrong. The screws did not fit, either the holes were to small or powder coat on metal was to thick, I tried for long time in all holes and all screws stripped had to invent with thick metal screws to attach base. Finally assembled the base after some rigging. Then took outside, connected the propane tank and poof nothing happens, the fire pit will not light. The tank is full, has flow, bleed it out just in case. The ignitor works, I see sparks, I smell gas but have to hold knob in to make has flow ( hear gas hissing sound) still nothing. I held in knob with gas running for 2+ min to prime the line and still nothing. Family night around the fire Cancelled. This fire pit is complete garbage. I want a refund please....

This fire pit looked great and is very unique! However, after one of sitting outside, and a few hours of use, the top ceramic pieces are now peeling and look terrible. The metal pieces that produce the actual fire are warping and turning different colors. I would suspect these things to occur and years of use, not one week.

It’s awful. The box was perfect, yet fire was broken. Top stone was severely chipped, pieces hanging off. Paint chipped off of door handle. Pieces didn’t fit. A very odd experience. It looked nice online. Target was kind enough to refund- thank goodness.

Instructions were not terrible. Very good build quality, no chips no damage no nothing at all. Just check the quality of the box before you purchase it. Only minor issue is the magnet for the door does not stay closed but target issued a partial refund for that issue and it’s a very simple fix. Absolutely amazing check how many BTUs the one that you purchase is as this one is 50,000.

So cozy!
This fire pit was so easy to put together it feels sturdy and looks cozy. I will say that the picture online looks more gray than what it actually is. When I saw it in person on display at my Target I noticed it was a little bit of a light brown/ gray and that’s what really sold me on it.

Great firepit for patio
I was very excited about this firepit. It provides a lot of warmth while sitting around it. Directions to put it together were easy to follow. I also like the wide ledge, as it allows you to set drinks on it or other objects. The height of this also allows patio furniture to be placed close to it while also letting legs fit there. I had two things that I took off a star for. 1) The day after we put it together, you can see that a chunk of the ledge just fell off on its own while sitting under a covered patio. I figured that this would last longer. 2) When we first tried to use it, the igniter was sparking but no gas was coming out from the ring on top to actually light on fire. I had to call customer support (who was extremely helpful) who told me that there was an additional step to bleed the line of air before hooking it up to the propane tank. Once I did this, the firepit ignited properly. It would have been nice to actually have this in the instruction manual rather than me have to call. We initially tried to use it on the weekend with my parents but customer service was not open so we wasted a good night of trying to use this pit because of that omission.

Exceptional quality
This outdoor fire pit is not only aesthetically pleasing but the overall quality is exceptional. I love the blend of stamped steel and wicker as one provides stability and the other provides texture and decoration. One huge plus is that the legs are each one full piece and sit flush against the ground. Assembly is required but it only took 35 minutes total. It included a bag of lava rock as well as a protective cover which is imperative for year-round use. We will get a lot of use out of this fire pit!
