A: This is considered a large envelope by the USPS. One Forever stamp will NOT be enough to send it. You'll need to fill it and take it to the P.O. for them to measure and weigh it. Keep it under 1/2 inch thickness and not rigid, and it can sneak through at the cheaper large envelope rate. (More than 1/2 inch and rigid, and it has to go as a package.)

A: 6x9 envelopes meet First-Class letter size requirements. The size is less than the minimum 6⅛ inches by 11½ inches for a First-Class Mail Flat (large envelope).
