Q: I am not at the end of my exposures (about 1/2 or 2/3 through the 27 exposures), but the wheel seems stuck and won't turn anymore. Wondering if you have any possible causes or solutions.
A: Hello nora, Thank you for reaching out, we are so sorry for the bad experience. We are the manufacturer and wanted to add to the retailer's answer. It sounds like the camera is experiencing a defect that cannot be fixed at the consumer level. Please reach out to our Tech Support Team at support@ttinno.com so we can work with you toward a satisfactory resolution. As for the exposures that you have already taken, please refer to the user manual on how to properly disassemble the film roll in order to develop the exposures that were taken before the wheel became stuck. If you no longer have the user manual, please email our Tech Support Team directly for a PDF version. We look forward to assisting you and making things right. Thank you again, and we hope you have a great week!
submitted byTT Innovation - 2 months agoBrand expertA: Hi, thanks for reaching out about 35mm Camera with Film - heyday™ Cherry. A stuck film advance wheel on a 35mm camera, especially a basic one like the Heyday Cherry, can be frustrating. Since you're in the middle of a roll, it's likely not because you've reached the end of the exposures. Here are some of the most common causes and potential solutions, from the simplest to the more complex. Important Note: Do not force the wheel. Applying too much pressure can tear the film or break the camera's internal gears, making the problem worse and potentially ruining the photos you've already taken. If you have any additional questions, we welcome you to contact MyTGTtech at 833-848-8324 every day, between 7am-11pm CST.

Q: When I take photos until I have used all 27 of it, are all the photos I took gonna be in the film? And also, if I take all 27 photos, can you print it in film or digitally or somewhere you can store it on your laptop of somewhere in real life?
A: Hi, thanks for reaching out about 35mm Camera with Film - heyday™ Cherry. That's a great question about how film cameras work! It's a very different process from a digital camera. To answer your first question: yes, when you take a photo with a 35mm film camera, the image is recorded onto the film inside the camera. Here's a breakdown of the process: The Film: Inside your camera is a light-sensitive strip of film. Each time you take a photo, a small, unexposed section of that film is moved into place behind the lens. The Shutter: When you press the shutter button, the camera's shutter briefly opens and closes. This allows a controlled amount of light to hit the film. The "Latent Image": The light creates a chemical change on the film. However, you can't see this image yet—it's what's called a "latent image." It's there, but it's not visible. Winding the Film: After the photo is taken, you wind the film (either manually or with an automatic motor) to move the exposed section away and bring a fresh, unexposed section into position for the next shot. This process repeats until you have used all 27 exposures on the roll. And for your second question: What happens after you've taken all 27 photos? All 27 of your photos are now on that strip of film, but they are still invisible latent images. The film needs to be "developed" to make the images visible. If you have any additional questions, we welcome you to contact MyTGTtech at 833-848-8324 every day, between 7am-11pm CST.
