[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The limitations on this are a negative and a plus. A negative because the filament goes quickly and can affect how you are doing anpiece, but good because kids are limited to how much they go through. My 2 kids were super excited to use this

Love that this kit comes with everything you need and that the instruction manual also has templates for cute ideas and projects to make. Keeps both the older and younger kids occupied for a while, which is a win itself!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] As a parent that likes to find creative things for my children to do,this 3D pen set is the perfect choice.This set comes with everything that is needed to create several 3D objects including the pen,colored filament,a charging cable and a activity book with patterns.My kids have spent hours creating shapes and 3D statues with this kit using the patterns in the activity book,as well as using their own imagination to make different things like farm animals,cartoon characters and more.The 3D pen is very easy and safe for my children to use,as it fits perfectly in their hands,is simple to load with filament and only gets hot at the tip so I don't have to worry about them getting burned.I love that this set comes with several colors of filament for my children to use and that we can purchase extra when we need to without having to purchase another starter set.Overall,this is a great activity set that allows my children to be creative and use their imaginations,while having fun.

Fun little tool!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It’s a great little tool & actually pretty fun! My daughter was super excited to try it and has now really enjoyed playing with it! It has kept her entertained for hours several times since we’ve gotten it. I feel like it’s pretty easy to use. No assembly required. It comes with a little bit of a charge already so it can be used straight out of the box, but when it does need charging, it charges fairly quickly. It’s very quiet, so doesn’t make much noise, but it does get louder when it needs more filament. The start+ package we got came with everything you need to get started including a small pack of filament in a variety of colors.

We were surprised at the strength of the items we made. It was very easy to assemble all the components such as the glasses. This is a great value for a beginner 3d pen user.

Great Little Pen!!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My 7 and 5 year old love this 3D art pen! They can turn it on and use it themselves. One note: it was hard for them not to turn in off when holding it like a pencil. However, they got the hang of it so well with it. It comes with a lot of filament, so their creations aren’t limited. The designs it come within the book are cute too. We have made them all and the creations are pretty sturdy. I love it and how creative it make them!

Easy to use
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My kiddo has had so much fun using their imagination with the 3Doodler to create all kinds of fun projects. They started by doodling their name, then made a butterfly, and once they started to get the hang of it, have created all kinds of things. It’s easy to hold, like a pencil, and functions similar to a hot glue gun where you stick the colors through the back to melt and “draw” with the melted material. Overall, it’s a super fun STEM toy and my kid has enjoyed it!

The pen just heats up the sticks and you’re able to create 3D stuff. It’s a very quiet tool. Safe and easy to use for children, it doesn’t get hot. This is a supper cool toy. I highly recommend this 3D pen.

This 3Doodler 3D printing pen is so well designed and made specifically for children to pick up and use with little instruction! My daughter was instantly excited and started creating her own toys! The pen takes seconds to warm up and never gets too hot so it’s very safe. The plastic filaments and easy to load in the pen and you can turn it off whenever you want and pick up right where you left off. I highly recommend this for any child or person with an imagination! It’s so easy to use, and I love that they’re learning about creativity, design, and 3D while having fun. The 3Doodler Start+ is such a fun and creative way for kids to turn their imagination into something they can actually hold! After a short learning curve, it’s easy to use, and the child-friendly design makes it much less intimidating than a traditional 3D printing pen. Kids can draw, build, trace (on templates included in the instruction manual), and create all kinds of fun 3D projects while learning about shapes, design, and how things work. I especially love how it encourages kids to experiment and think outside the box. There’s no “right” way to be creative with it, which makes it perfect for imaginative little makers. It’s also a great activity for keeping kids engaged without relying on a screen. Overall, the 3Doodler Start+ is a fantastic creative tool for kids and makes a great addition to a craft or STEM activity collection. Fun and unique!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My kids love craft time, and this 3Doodler Start+ Essentials Printing set was right up their alley! New and different, this pen feeds filament and 3D prints objects with your help! It’s a little hard to control, but with a little practice is super fun! Both my 11 and 13 year old enjoy using it! After opening, we were drawing within minutes, and it included all materials needed. It really is great!

I enjoyed using it with my seven-year-old son and it kept us both occupied for hours, which was really appreciated on the summer days. With your imagination anything is possible with this pen and it is so easy to use children can instantly pick it up and use it. There is virtually no learning curve. I am really impressed by this product and it makes me want to run out and get a 3-D printer!

My son absolutely loves it, and it’s a great way for him to improve his motor skills, creativity, art, skills, and even basic scientific skills. There are so many different projects you can create with it. At first, I was a little skeptical about the safety since it uses heat. However after using it several times I feel very comfortable with it. The tool itself does not get hot, and it feels sturdy and easy to use. It’s also mess free and gives you good control while creating different designs. My husband and I are enjoying using this pen too, so it has become something that we can enjoy together. You can make all kinds of fun 3D projects and the printing sticks last through multiple projects. Overall, we really love this 3D printing pen. It is fun,creative, easy to use and great activity for the whole family.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This pen is pretty awesome. It's wireless which is a huge plus AND it doesn't get hot so it's super easy and convenient to use. The only downside is the filament doesn't come back out if you've used too much of it so you have to use the entire string which wastes a lot of color.
