Q: This does not specify if it's warm white or cool white lights. It looks like cool lights but would like to verify. I need warm white but this is exactly what I'm looking for.

A: These are Cool White (very bright and almost blue-ish white). I wish they came in warm.

Q: How do you turn on the timer function?

A: Once you turn on your desired light setting, it will automatically have its timer. So basically no need to do anything besides turning the lights on.

A: No, once you turn on these lights and select lighting pattern that you like, it will automatically work for 6hrs, then it will turn itself off and they will be off for 18hrs.

Q: Is that 4 batteries per hanging light? As in 12 for this set of 3? Or 4 total for what is in the box? Also, is the timer just by minutes or can you put it to come on at 4 pm and shut off at 2 am?

Beautiful lights and size. I don't understand the bad reviews. I jhace had multiple neighbors compliment these snowflakes. The battery pack is large but free hanging from a tree and in the dark you cannot see any of it. Nothing to plug in and the timer is on for 6 hours and automatically turns off/on. Batteries instead of electricity so the 4 Batteries is not an issue. Once back in stock I will be buying more. Not a single issue, they all work. Glad I took the plunge.

These lights are pretty up close in the light and dark in pictures. In the dark, you cannot tell what they are far away (5 feet or farther). Plus, there are so many wild settings. Three settings blink so fast that it seems like a rave. The battery pack is shown in the Target pictures, but not in the window one. I don't know how it would hold up unless you use strong hooks. The string is so long and battery pack is heavy.

I loved the lookof these snowflakes in our windows. However, they only lasted a few days and then stopped working. I called the mfg customer service line and they couldn't really do anything. Ended up taking them back to the store.

They look nice lit up. The length is to short for what I had in mind. Was hoping to hang from large window. The battery pack and hook is black and like a prescription bottle so they don't hang flat against a surface.

These are cute lights that light up pretty well! They have 8 settings (e.g. flashing, twinkle, etc.). I bought one box first to make sure they were good, then bought a second box to decorate more. I will say that the other reviews saying they tangle out of the box are accurate; they were easy to untangle though. While they’re definitely better than I expected, I don’t think they’re truly $30 worth. I bought them on sale for $21 and $24. At best, I think $20 is what they should reasonably sell for. I really like them but I don’t think I would buy them if they’re full price. I’m looking forward to seeing how they hold up over time.

These are so pretty! I love the various light settings so each one can look a little different. The timer feature is also great so you don’t waste the batteries by forgetting to turn them off. They seem well made and the lights are bright. Easy to use - just hang up and turn on.

Bought these last year and more this year. When I 1st recieved, I did not know how sturdy they would be. They held up last year for 2 months hanging from our gutters. We had some very high winds, and they did not break. Put the same ones up for the 2nd year. Finally one broke....but it was 30mph winds for 2 days. They are very unique. Neighbors have asked where I purchased.

Beautiful lights! But pay attention that they do take batteries. I apparently don’t know how to read. Each one takes 4 AA batteries x 3 snowflakes = 12 batteries! I kinda want to return them but I also really love them. And the hook at the top was smaller than expected. They won’t fit where I originally wanted them. I’ll figure it out! Someone send me batteries! Lololol

These are so pretty and fun! I really like how the snowflake and the line that they are attached to light up. There are numerous flashing positions to choose from. And, you can program them as to what time to turn on and off! We love seeing them hanging from our barren Japanese maple tree, flashing in the night. They are the only thing we see during the night. I'm going to buy another set to put out front under our arbor. And, I'm going to buy a set for my sister!

Loved these at first. Changed the battery and noticed water in each light. The lights work but not the button. As soon as all 4 batteries are in, they come on. The button does not work, the lights do not change, half are on constantly. They look terrible. Save your money. Do not buy.
