A: According to the product description, the bulbs emit a WARM white light.Target staff support decidedly does NOT answer the question,:( Regardless,if I decide to go ahead and order these ANYWAY, I’ll try to provide a more accurate (and less self-serving) update!

Q: If one light goes out, do the others stay lit?

A: Although this is a rare occurrence that LED lights will go out as LEDs have a very long life of up to 25,000 hours, depending on how an LED fails, the rest of the bulbs may or may not stay lit. As a reminder the product does come with replacement bulbs which can be used to replace the burnt out bulbs should this occur.

Wish I read the reviews before purchasing. These lights are great for anyone who enjoys inducing visual psychosis upon your guests as they enter your home. Standing near these lights in the dark feels like you’re in a rave. They flicker so fast you almost can’t tell they’re flicking. Terrible Lights, do not buy!
These lights are horrible. The colors are not Christmas tones. The blue lights look purplish, for example. There’s a LOT of orange too. Frankly, I don’t want a Monster Mash Christmas so the lights are going right back to the store tomorrow.

They flicker like fluorescent lights that are about to die. I tried both colors and they hurt our eyes. Sigh. The normal Wondershop ones that don't come in a spool are fine. I don't know what's up with these. Good deal, though, if you don't mind the flickering.

Half the cheer (half were dead)
Only needed one of the strands. Started off well but then the bottom half (probably 30ish lights) died. They turned back on and then back off within the next day, and the top like 10 lights died the next day. Tried the second strand and they had 20-30 lights out in the middle. May just be a fluke but still annoying :/

They are so DIM! 200 out of the 400 did not light and they are brand new. For LED lights, they should be much brighter, but you could barely see them lit from the road. Do better!!!

They looked great, until as I was putting them on the tree and made about 2 passes around just to discover a whole strand was out. Tried replacing fuses and that didn't work. So now I have to wrap them back up and return them. I'm sure this is probably a fluke. I have a pack of 100 lights of the same exact lights and I'm comparison those are more of a warm white than these, but I did see a review that said they "warm up" over time.
