The look nice, they are a little stiff, but I like that. They do help to clock out the sun and keep the room nice and dark. It's a bit longer than I expected, but that is fine, I would rather then be longer than too short. They really help keep my room much cooler in an area where triple digits are standard.

This panel does a great job of blocking the light out. The material is a little stiff and plastic feeling. If you need light blocking this panel will be the job done

It’s a such a well-made blackout curtain. The texture feels amazing. I love the color and it does what it’s supposed to do and obviously you can pick the size that you want for any room in the house. It works very well to keep out the heat from the outside and mind you, the sun hits directly at my window. I definitely noticed a difference.

I live in Florida so blackout curtains are a necessity. These are sturdy, thick and durable. They have a beautiful design.and they really block the sun completely. My bedroom stays dark and cool day long.

The curtain does a great job of blocking out the light and looks nice once it's up. The only downside is that it doesn't slide very easily on the rod. It takes a little extra effort to open and close, but overall it does what it's supposed to do. The size is also perfect for the window.

I was on vacation when this arrived so I haven't officially hung this specific set up yet, but I've bought Room Essentials curtains before and love them. Out of the package, the material feels nice and thick, and the stitching and construction look solid for the price. Based on my past experience with the brand, hanging them is always easy and they do a great job with blackout performance.

I’m really happy with these blackout dorm curtains! They’re perfect if you need extra darkness in your room, and the taupe color gives you all the benefits of a blackout curtain without making the space feel dark or gloomy. I have a single-panel window and the curtain fit perfectly. They were really easy to install, the fabric has a nice thickness and the price is fantastic! For the quality, they’re definitely a great value. The only downsides are that you’ll probably want to use a steamer to remove wrinkles after unpacking, and the curtain doesn’t slide very smoothly.. it tends to bunch up at the top, making it a little difficult to open and close. Overall, I’d give the curtains a 4/5 stars. Considering the affordable price, they’re an excellent bargain and I’d recommend them.

These do a fantastic job blocking it out so we can actually watch movies without a glare. Highly recommend if you have a bright room! Would also be great for a bedroom to block light.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was looking for new curtains for my son‘s room because he has an East facing window and has a hard time sleeping in the morning with regular curtains. This blackout panel is a good price and it definitely does the job. It has a gray woven type material on the front side and the backside has a padded feeling backing that prevents sunlight from getting through. I will have to purchase a second panel so that it fits properly on the window and completely blocks out the light. One thing to note is it does have a strange chemical smell to it but hopefully that will fade over time.

It does a pretty effective job at that, but it could stand to be a little bit wider as it does leave some gaps on the outside of the window. It is also pretty stiff and hangs very flat, giving it a boring look.

They have given my room the clean, cozy, and finished look that I have been craving. They have a soft, elegant appearance adding just the right amount of warmth! The blackout feature is true blackout, and keeps the light from creeping through in the early mornings!

I only needed one to cover an average size window in a very small bedroom so that the baby can have a dark and quiet space to sleep in. We had a quilt hanging in the window previously as I shopped, but these were a great find I love the light color that doesn’t darken in the room during the day, but still blocks the light when you need it to! they look very classy

These curtains are cute! I liked the color and the texture but I felt like the material was a little cheap. It felt like a table cloth as opposed to a curtain. It was good with blocking out light and making the room darker. Overall good, if you don’t mind the material so much.
