Great product! Holds curls together nicely but doesn’t weigh your hair downs

I am in love with this produc. My hair is soft and curly and this is great for me.

I put this product on my wet and wavy human wig and it became instantly mangled and dry!

I love this gel so much however it can be difficult to get the product out easily. I wish it came in like a tub or something like that.

Curl Defining cream is wonderful. It defines my curls yet my fair is not heavy with residue and the curls hold nicely throughout my busy day.

I just bought my Curl Define Gel because my curly hair was smell very good when I took a shower. and curly hair was very good!

This did nothing much for my hair, I had to use a lot just get little definition in my hair. It’s good that it isn’t sticky once dried in the hair

This product is amazing I love how it leaves my hair so easy to manage. I was reluctant about letting my hair go naturally curly but at 74 yrs young I’m so glad I made that decision because now it’s so easy to manage.

The gel was fine, although I'm typically not a fan of any gel. It definitely holds my curl pattern, but as expected it made my hair stiff. I used the curl refresher mist on top and it made it softer. Very nice!

I just used this product yesterday evening, only to wake up to dryness and serious flaking. I had to be in Dallas this morning so here it is 4:45am I'm having to wash everything out. Such a true disappointment.

I use it for two-strand twists with great results. It’s lightweight, yet provides great curl definition and hold, even in high humidity. It’s also dries quickly.

Love the hold this gel gives me. I was able to go entire week without washing or refreshing, it did its job so well. The smell is mild and pleasant. One of my favorite gels on the market!

I liked your product, however by mid-morning my hair was very dry. Not sure if I should have used the other products to get the actual look I wanted.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have 4c, color treated hair and this gel does a decent job of helping me style my hair. I can't use it for a wash and go but I can use it to style in other ways. It smells great and makes me feel like I'm not using anything harsh on my hair.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Gels are very tricky--some work great but leave flakes, some are too crunchy, some are too weak, etc---I often feel like Goldilocks in my gel search! I keep my expectations low with gels now so I tried a few techniques with this 4U curl definer, using it on my son's too long 3C/4A curly hair that needed a refresher. First, I spritzed his hair and it after the gel was applied. It was soft but frizzy--not great. I realized I had used the wrong brush, so I tried it again with a clumping brush--more definition but still not what I was looking for. Then I spritzed, added gel and twisted the curl around my finger and let go---this gave the best result! The curls dried soft and defined without any flaking! It smells great, too. My only gripe is the bottle top...it's hard to tell if it is closed or open and I accidently left it open and leaked out! Otherwise, so far, so good. I can't wait to try it after I remove my braids.
