It’s a good vacuum for price. I kind of wish I spent more- this battery is very very short and suction is basic. Thankfully I only have hardwood floors. I feel like this vacuum would struggle on carpet big time.

Most of the time, I find myself needing to hit the extra strength button to really get the job done, but it does pick up well once it’s on. It fills up pretty quickly and the battery life isn’t as long as I’d hoped, which means more frequent emptying and charging. Still, it’s convenient, easy to use, and great for quick clean-ups around the house.

Pretty good vacuum all together. It's not very loud like some other brands. It has good suction power for a cordless. It's very maneuverable and can get into tight spaces. The only drawbacks I noticed is that it doesn't hold much dust you vacuum up and the battery doesn't last long.

This by the far the worst stick vaccuum I have ever owned! I was so excited for this because I own several shark products and have never had a problem until this one do not I repeat do not buy this one. The suction is weak and when it does suck it spits it back out later in on the other side of the room. Not enough power for this one.

Love this vacuum! I have had it for over a month! It makes cleaning so much faster and easier without having to worry about plugging in the cord. The battery life is good - lasts me at least 2 cleaning cycles. It glides smoothly and the noise level is tolerable. It has two cleaning options for hard floors and rug surfaces. There is also a light that illuminates the ground making it easier to see the dust/dirt. It has a great suction. I love how it can collapse for easy storage. I always wanted to switch to a cordless vacuum but was weary of it because I knew so many people complaining of other expensive brands needed replacement batteries or parts. With this one being decently priced and a well-known, reliable brand, I went for it and so happy I did! I have 2 messy kids who leave crumb trails all around and a fluffy dog. Picks up pet hair and grabs every little nook and cranny! Very satisfied customer!

I’m in love and I don’t care who knows it! This Shark Cordless Stick Vacuum is a dream!! As an obsessed Golden Doodle owner, and someone who has very long and very thick hair, this vacuum is everything I could ever ask for and more! Both myself and my Pup she’d like we’re getting paid to do so. There is hair EVERYWHERE. Not now!! The cordless component makes it so insanely easy, to go up and down the stairs, get in small and awkward crevices! It’s amazing! The battery life is top notch as well! I am so pleased with this vacuum and this company! They have a life long buyer on their hands!

Impressed with suction power. Battery life is perfect for my home and charges quickly. Love the swivel head and reach under objects. The only problem I have is emptying the collection unit.

Loving my new vacuum! I’m elderly and this is my first bagless vacuum. The powerful suction and ease of use has been a huge relief. The only problem I have with it is emptying collection container. I have to take it outside with a bag around it and still dust flies everywhere. Some much for hepa filter. I have allergies so vacuum often. I wish I had a way to clean the collector easier because I use it often. I don’t want to wait 24 hours to use it again.

Worsts vacuum I have ever had! Don't bother at all. What a waste of money

I got this as a warranty replacement for UV480, but i am pretty upset with its performance. The only thing I like about it is cordless. It is cheaply made and battery doesn’t last for even 20 minutes with full charge. I couldn’t even retune it because there was one time exception made for my replacement.

This vacuum is great picks up pet hair and dirt, just empty container and ready to use again and again. Long battery life, easy to get under and around items and make little noise.

I finally received it today and had to try it out. It’s wonderful and it got so much pet hair! I had just suffered yesterday!

I am a dedicated customer of this brand, which I find to be exceptional. I will enthusiastically endorse and recommend it to others. This particular vacuum is essential; it boasts impressive battery life and excels in hair removal, significantly alleviating my allergies. However, I would appreciate a slightly larger version with a bigger dust container.

I got this for Christmas from my husband because it was the first thing on my list. I was so excited I have had another shark for 11 years and I love it. It is still running strong. This is so disappointed! Has no suction at all! It will not even suck up paper litter. I am going to see if I can return it.

I like the lightweight and ease of grabbing and vacuuming. Especially for quick little jobs.
