A: They have end-to-end plugs and connect to each other just fine. I strung four together today.

A: Have to unplug. I plugged mine into a power strip so I could have switch-on-and-off capability.

Not durable
Very poor quality. I’ve had to buy new sets of these lights several years in a row because they are so fragile they don’t survive in storage between holiday seasons. I won’t buy these again. Throwing out 10 sets of lights every year, straight into a landfill, is SO wasteful.

White lights for Christmas decor
I purchased several strings for store pick up. The lights are “warm white” which I prefer over the bright white LED lights. Two connected 50ct strings were the right amount of lights for the fireplace mantel. The lights start very close to the plug end, which is great for connecting multiple strings as you don’t have a lot of wire without lights to conceal. On the other hand, in order to not have a length of lights hanging off one side of the mantel to reach the outlet, I needed an extension cord. Recently string lights seem to last only 1-2 seasons, so no knowing how many uses I’ll get from these.

Deceptive Pricing
I use these to replace the lights in my garland. They last about 2 seasons. What bothers me is that Target couldn't be bothered to update the price on the box. Current retail price is $3, but the box says $2. I'm so sick of these companies not caring about the consumer and just jacking prices up year after year. Don't get me started on the Trees that jumped 400% over the last two years.

Shorter this year
These lights used to perfectly fit around my kitchen window. Now they are almost 3 feet shorter and don’t fit anymore. I’d rather pay more for the same length lights than buy a much shorter strand.
