A: Yes it does. The joints are secure and will stay in position once you hanging and adjust to your liking.

The skeleton is plastic, very light in weight and is cute. I really wanted to be able to position it but the arms fall down slowly and don’t hold position (like in the product page picture). The legs are a bit better. Overall the “joints” need to be a bit stiffer to hold a desired position!

I bought this for my porch. as I live in an apartment building I dont like to spend too much money on decorations but this fit the bill. I wanted him to stay in place so I used double sided tape at the feet/hands but since the back isnt flat i had to fold layers of tape for it to work. overall hes cute and for ten bucks you cant go wrong.
