Q: Why did you make/sell an outdoor item with a batterypack that isn't waterproof?

Q: How am i supposed to store the battery pack safely? Seems like water will get in to the pack and will ruin the product. Any suggestions?

I was pretty disappointed in these lights. The ghosts and the stakes they attach to are the amount of quality you’d expect, but the included lights are inadequate. I know I should have paid closer attention to the box, but I didn’t expect exterior decorative lights be powered by AA batteries. I do like the ghosts. You can use other string lights for the ghosts if you’d like to replace the dim battery ones.

These are SO cute, but SO cheaply made. We set them up, new batteries, and both strings stopped working by the second night. The batteries are fine but the lights don't light up. For the price these are, I expected to get at least two nights out of them.

These are so fun but we’ve been using them for less than a week and one light already stopped working. I’ll try retuning and see if a different set is better. I do love the battery timer so you don’t have to worry about running a power cord.

these are perfect for halloween. they are on their second year now! the faces are still in perfect condition. we live in an area that gets heavy rain and wind and they have survived just fine! they do drain batteries relatively quick so i don’t add batteries until the week before halloween. it would also be nice if there was a feature to change the way the lights flash, i would prefer a constant light instead of flickering but its fine.

All images on the sale page show all of the ghosts lit up simultaneously. Well, that’s not the case. Only one is lit up at a time, and they change rapidly. There isn’t an option for blinking or a steady light. Additionally, the material feels like these lights should be $5 at a discount store.

Should have read the other reviews because I didn't realize there wouldn't be an option to just have the lights on and not have the chasing effect. The pumpkin lights they make have no chasing effect and I personally like them more. Should have just bought multiples of those!

If they can't all be lit up at once, don't put a picture on the box of them all lit up at once. Bought without realizing these are chasing-mode only, which I don't really like but could be salvageable, but then the chasing mode is wayyy too fast. Sad because they looked so cute, but will be returning
