Easy to put together. Did not use the boarding for the back just left open. Put a rug non stick under unit and it worked out great.

Easy to build but there’s this really awful smell - combination of wood and paint. I’ve let it air out with a Dyson fan flowing at it for a week and it still smells pretty strong. I’ve wiped it down with cleaners too but the wood/paint smell doesn’t seem to go away. For that reason I’m thinking of removing it from my kids bedroom and leaving it in the basement or garage until the smell is gone.

Not difficult to build, and quality is about equal to the price. It’s a great storage unit for just about anything. We are using it behind a bedroom door for additional closet space/sweatshirt storage. Took about 20-30 min. to build, and white stickers cover the screws. Make sure you note the interior cube space if you’re considering bins. Two acrylic Brightroom 12 inch bins fit on TOP (with a 1/16 of an inch overhang), but will not fit inside. We knew this going in. Overall, a good looking piece that resolves a storage problem.

Was a little intimidated when i first opened the box, but it was so easy to build! exactly what i was looking for!

Easy to put together and very sturdy!

I first bought this storage cube nearly 6 years ago, when my daughter was 1. It’s not very sturdy, so I secured it to the wall with an anchor. Honestly, I didn’t expect it to last long. After our recent move, it had become loose and unstable, so I tossed it. Now that my daughter is almost 7, I still need toy storage. I considered buying a more durable option, but decided to save money and get the same one again. In another 6 years, she’ll be a teenager and may not even want it in her room—so I don’t mind tossing it again by then.

Instructions were difficult to read. We had two other people try building & at the end a youtube video explained it better. Not as sturdy as we would have liked it to be but for the price, I guess it’s okay.

The quality of this item matches its price. It’s not super sturdy, but for less than $30, it gets the job done!

looks great in my room. i’m using brightroom cubes that i already had with it & it works great. the cubes can easily hold small bags, books, smaller plushies, shoeboxes, whatever smaller, lighter things u need to store.

I just assembled this bookshelf for our nursery. Instructions are clear and I was able to do it alone (8 mo pregnant, too). You will need a few tools to assemble: screw driver and hammer. Bonus- I got it on sale! Overall, I am very happy with my purchase.

Easy-Peasy assembly!. I'm a veteran flat-pack-assembler but have never had better directions included! Images were clear and large enought to really see what went where. I have put together similar cubby organizers from other companies but the Brightroom unit is so much sturdier. Perfect for organizing my quilt studio.

Easy to assemble and perfect size

I bought this for my daughter’s room to help provide some organization. It worked out perfectly. The instructions were easy to follow, she built it herself.
