Q: I can't find any reference to it being BPA-free, while other similar target branded pitchers are. so is this item BPA-free or not?

Q: Is the lid leakproof?? Can I turn the pitcher upside down & shake to mix contents??

A: No, it does leak a lot, but otherwise is a great pitcher. I use mine for cold water, but could use it for hot tea too.

I really like this pitcher to help me keep track of water intake. Lots of people are complaining about mold in the threads, but if you use only water in it, that won't happen. The glass does feel delicate, so be careful with it.

I like the materials, glass and stainless steel, and size of this pitcher. The handle design could be better IMO. It arcs too far out from the body of the pitcher and is not very thick. This makes the pitcher feel off-balance and fragile, especially when full. Closer, thicker handle would be better.

Nice glass construction and lid but two major faults make this one worth avoiding: First - Lid doesn't seal closed so don't use this to store any liquid as staleness will set it by exposure. My remedy is to place foil over lid with a rubber band to hold it down but buyer beward. Second - Sticker placed on lid leaves adhesive. I've washed and soaked several times and it hasn't come out.

Design fail, the pour spout is about 1 centimeter lower than the seal of the lid. It does not function properly as a strainer, which is clearly what it was intended to be. Don't try to cold brew loose leaf tea in this.

Just what I was looking for. It is so hard to find a glass pitcher with an acceptable handle that has a proper sealing lid. This does that. It is also large enough. I use it to make and store iced tea.

Perfect for what I needed it for. Mainly I use it to store my cold brew and I like that it has an extra strainer for pouring. I also like that it’s glass it keeps it more fresh.

I use this glass pitcher everyday. I have a big counter top water purifier, so I fill the pitcher with the purified water and keep it in my fridge! I haven’t had a single problem with this pitcher. It is very good quality.

This is a great pitcher for keeping in the fridge. I was afraid of how delicate the glass appeared at first but have had no issues pouring boiling water into it to make iced tea for two years now. No chips or cracks and easy to wash - I went on the app to buy another one (to make 2 different flavors at once) and was sad to see it’s out of stock. Target - please bring back this excellent pitcher!

I had been looking for a glass container to make iced tea/kool-aid at home that was at least 64 oz. This one fit the bill. It looks great and was well priced. However, since I do not have a dish-washer I have to do everything by hand. Mine cracked the last time (I think I bumped it against the sink). It was 100% my fault, but that's how thin and delicate the pitcher is.
