submitted byU Brands Team - 2 years agoBrand expertA: Yes there is magnetic tape that comes with the board. You put the magnetic tape onto two sided tape that sticks to the back of the board. I use the board on my freezer and the magnets hold the board very well.

Q: If you choose to remove tape strips to maybe get a new magnetic board, how do you remove the tape strips?

A: Hi, The tape strips can be peeled off by hand or by using an edge (i.e. credit card edge) to avoid damaging the wall surface.

If you want a board that will stay on forever, this is it. Or use 3M Command strips instead to remove A LOT more easily in the future. When it is time to remove the board using the original adhesive strips, it's impossible to do it without damaging the drywall. I tried wedging a knife in and going slowly, still had this issue.

Marker is terrible. It was already dried out when I got the board and the lid was stuck on really tight with an adhesive I had to struggle to clear out of the cap and off the marker.

I love this board. I purchased it to put on my refrigerator to add groceries items when out instead of rumbling through my cupboards to see what I need before going grocery shopping.

This works great and was just what I needed. The trouble came when I tried to remove it off the wall. The adhesive is SO strong it took off some wall. I guess I have a new project for the weekend.

Needed a cheap white board to write down some reminders on. This is great and is about the size of a sheet of paper. The marker it comes with the great and it comes with magnets to put on a fridge or wall. If you need to use it to create a calendar I would suggest the bigger size.

The eraser isn’t very good. It became overwhelmed the first time I used it. I’m going to have to buy a bigger eraser. I would recommend if you need a small handheld board to practice with yourself.
