Non stick works great. I’ve never used a spring form pan so I don’t have much to compare this too. I will say the spring piece is a bit tough slide back in once you have unlatched and expanded the ring. Other than that it’s a basic no frills pan.

This pan is great, however it’s hard to use. It doesn’t slide open or shut better. however I used this to cook a cheesecake and the cake didn’t stick to it at all. I was worried where the pan slides in and out to pop the bottom out would be hard to release but it wasn’t

This pan works very well for cheesecake, etc. Beware that it does leak if you try to make something that is mostly liquid. The handle can be tough to open and close but over time it does get easier with use.

This spring form pan from figment is a very sturdy and heavy nonstick backing pan. The pan is 9 inch and it works perfect for us to make our Dutch apple pie in it. The pan is easy to clean at it is dishwasher safe.

I use this pan to make homemade cheesecake. It is just the right size for recipes - not too big, not too small. It is a bit difficult to slide apart and back together when opening and closing the clamp, so unfortunately you really have to put some muscle into it. But is has a tight seal and doesn't leak! And the non-stick coating works perfectly for my cheesecake!

High quality springform pan with some drawbacks: takes up cupboard space and handle is tricky to put on without scratching.

We moved recently and mine got crushed and i didn't realize and it leaked everywhere. Definitely needed a new one and this is perfect. Nonstick, easy to open and close clamp, and seems to seal snuggly. Love it.

This pan works like a charm. The snap spring was east to open so it didn’t damage the cheesecake. I highly recommend it. The coating works well as it cooks. The coating cleans easily as well. This pan will last for years to come.

I'm super excited to give this spring form pan a try with some holiday baking! The buckle on this feels really nice and am totally gobsmacked that it is dishwasher safe! For real! Nonstick and dishwasher safe. Amazing. I probably will still hand wash. Took off one star because it was misshapen when it got to me. I was able to bend it back into a rough circle but that makes me all the more worried about it in the dishwasher.

I love making cheesecake for the Holidays! My cheesecake is crustless so I need a spring pan to hold it all together. This nonstick carbon steel spring form pan by Figmint fits the bill! I love how I don't need to prep the pan before pouring in the batter. The carbon steel allows the pan to heat evenly for precise baking. The side latch is easy to release while being sturdy enough to stay locked during baking. Piece of baking advice - allow the cheesecake to fully cool before releasing the latch. I highly recommend this spring form pan by Figmint for every baker. It is a must have tool in the kitchen!

Very nice quality springform pan for cheesecake. Thick, sturdy. Deep enough for making a traditional New York cheesecake, which is one of my family’s favorites. Little bit of trouble, trying to secure it together after washing, but I think that is typical for springform pans.

I love this for baking cake at home. I enjoy baking and cooking for my family. This is a good size baking pan for making round 9 inch cake. I love that it's nonstick steel and design is good. I will definitely recommend to others.

Although this pan looks and feels sturdy, I am honestly a little disappointed with it. This is because this cake pan does not have a tight seal to it. I tested it by putting water in the pan, and the water all leaked out from the edges. I think my cake batter would have also leaked out as well. I don’t believe this is a user error because I tried sealing it multiple times. Because of this I don’t recommend it.

Just the right size. Perfect for baking season. It is nine inches around. Its a true non stick. After cooking, cleaning and washing it was a breeze. Withstands high oven heat for all your baking needs this holiday season.

God basic spring form pan. No frills in this, the spring expands and pops out the bottom as expected. Part of me expected this to have new features but there was nothing new in the overall concept. Concerned the spring could break easily
