Cracked When Baking At 400 deg F
I have been using this pie pan for a while and today it cracked in half while I was baking cinnamon rolls in it (which I did last weekend with no problem) at 400 deg. I will be looking for a high quality one for future uses.

Can withstand high temps
My absolute favorite pie dish! It cleans so easily, is heavy duty and can withstand high temperatures unlike other brands that will shatter over 400°. I typically bake apple/dutch pies in this and they come out insanely good every single time. I’ve bought three of them so far and will probably purchase another!

Beautiful piece but note that it is heavy. Also, if you have a topping on your pie, it will seep into the scalloped edges which may or may not “hold it in” and may create a mess. A smaller lip on the edge would still give the scalloped look but make it more functional. Returning.
